    wow nice cake. Busi... i made a cake with fondant but it has cracks on its edges what can i do to make cracks not to reappear?

      knead your fondant light in one ball, never stretch it or fold as this will introduce air in the fondant. if you have air bubbles in the fondant thats the area its most likely to crack from. Also when smoothing the cake you need to work quick and do not stretch the fondant. in most cakes once it cracks then you have to start again its very difficult and time consuming to get rid of a crack.
