      You can start with 10 reps in 3 sets... 10-15 minutes is sufficient to start then you can stretch it to 30 min

      Muscles fatigue is common after doing any exercise, don't worry it will go in 3-4 days, but if it continues, then stop doing it and consult your doctor

      aap dhire-dhire start kijiye pehle mahine 5-10 minute aur phir 20-30 minute tak kar sakte hai, par roz kijiye, starting me body pain hoga par dhire-dhire aadat pad jaayegi aur mitha, tala hua, fast food aur bahar ka khana jitna kam karenge, utni jaldi weight lose hoga.
