Hello sir. My weight is near 90kg. I started working the same workouts as mentioned above for the first time yesterday morning . I did each workout as per the mentioned directions in the video. After 24 hours, iam experiencing severe body pain especially in my arms. Now iam experiencing internal pain (muscle,nerve) at elbow joints of both my arms. Have i done something wrong? Should i have gone with small number of reps as a beginner? What are the factors i have to go through before beginning the exercise. Please help me.
Hello DWARA , For the first time if we do any resistance type workout, the pain we feel is called DOMS ( delayed onset muscle soreness) , it is normal because your body never use to with those workout. With time slowly our body adopt this stress. Apply ice on the areas for 5 to 10 min with a towel. And never push or pull hard at the beginning . For the momentum it needs approx 2 to 3 weeks depends on individual. I suggest first 3 or 4 days do free hand exercises first like arm rotation, jogging, plank , knee support push up if possible. Point should follow for beginners: 1. Progress gradually, start with warm up, stretching of your arms ,back, waist, leg etc. Then move to main workout. 2. Starting with fewer repitation, As 5 to 6 only and maximum 2 set that's all for first 2 weeks. 3. Never push your pain as beginners, first try to focus on movements only, easy . Make a Habit first . 4. Intake water in between workouts as per requirement. And also increase the amount of water throughout the day. 5. Do full body cool down stretching , flexibility after each and every workout never forget . 6. Give your muscles adequate rest after workout . As you mention you are near 90 kg so it's possible that during exercises your arms, back muscles, legs become little stressful, so avoid jurk or jumping. And don't panicked the pain you feel right now its common for every beginners. Go slow, just follow the points above mentioned. Fitness is a life long journey, don't rush make it a Habit first . And one more thing can you mention your body hight so that I can calculate your BMI. Any more doubt please ask .

Basically you can add some extra resistance with Tummy Trimmer that's all And for beginners there are sufficient variations of exercises to maintain general home fitness. There are various exercise design to perform those exercises depending on your fitness goal , if you go for General fitness then you can perform all the exercises moderately in one go then take rest according to your comfort ,ideally 2 to 3 min , then repeat the whole cycle, for another 2 set , so 3 to 4 set of all the exercises is sufficient. Another is , you can target specific body part , and repeat the exercises upto your maximum for 4 to 5 set with complete rest in between. Then do the next day another bodypart . Means you have to give optimum rest period between your exercises according to your current fitness level.

If I assume you are maintaining a normal diet, then if you perform regular 30 min of exercise (Warmup & coolingdown excluded), then 3 to 4 kg possible you can lose in 1 month. Main thing is you should control your daily calorie intake, ( avoid sugar, fast foods) Then losing 10 kg in 3 months is a healthy target to achieve.

For weightloss you need a higher metabolism, so it's better to don't skip your breakfast rather cut down excess calories only. If you don't have any serious medical issues like backpain etc. You can easily do those exercises with Tummy Trimmer. Hi Varun you can do limited Arm Exercises but It will depends on the severeity of you back pain. BICEPS CURL , Sited Row ,you can do upto your comfort level with care, but if you feel pain during exercise on your back you should avoid this .

Hello sir. My weight is near 90kg. I started working the same workouts as mentioned above for the first time yesterday morning . I did each workout as per the mentioned directions in the video. After 24 hours, iam experiencing severe body pain especially in my arms. Now iam experiencing internal pain (muscle,nerve) at elbow joints of both my arms. Have i done something wrong? Should i have gone with small number of reps as a beginner? What are the factors i have to go through before beginning the exercise. Please help me.
Hello DWARA , For the first time if we do any resistance type workout, the pain we feel is called DOMS ( delayed onset muscle soreness) , it is normal because your body never use to with those workout. With time slowly our body adopt this stress. Apply ice on the areas for 5 to 10 min with a towel. And never push or pull hard at the beginning .
For the momentum it needs approx 2 to 3 weeks depends on individual.
I suggest first 3 or 4 days do free hand exercises first like arm rotation, jogging, plank , knee support push up if possible.
Point should follow for beginners:
1. Progress gradually, start with warm up, stretching of your arms ,back, waist, leg etc. Then move to main workout.
2. Starting with fewer repitation, As 5 to 6 only and maximum 2 set that's all for first 2 weeks.
3. Never push your pain as beginners, first try to focus on movements only, easy . Make a Habit first .
4. Intake water in between workouts as per requirement. And also increase the amount of water throughout the day.
5. Do full body cool down stretching , flexibility after each and every workout never forget .
6. Give your muscles adequate rest after workout .
As you mention you are near 90 kg so it's possible that during exercises your arms, back muscles, legs become little stressful, so avoid jurk or jumping.
And don't panicked the pain you feel right now its common for every beginners.
Go slow, just follow the points above mentioned.
Fitness is a life long journey, don't rush make it a Habit first .
And one more thing can you mention your body hight so that I can calculate your BMI.

Yes you can trained your calf , just sit and hold the tummy Trimmer with your leg straight open , like long sitting position, then pull the Trimmer at your comfortable body level, and start pointing your toes forward carefully , you can do 10 to 12 times this exercise 4 set . You can try this way

Hi Nandahari first of all welcome to the channel, Yes we can do Biceps Workout with Tummy Trimmer easily in the last or 7th exercise of this video I demonstrate sitting biceps Curl but with the steel made tummy Trimmer its very difficult to do proper triceps workout, although with some sitting arrangement we can do 1 or 2 variations of triceps workout .

Hi @Arko Sen , see actually nothing can be compared with free hand workout, but if we have any short of equipment some time it can helps us to increase our workout motivation . Basically you can add some extra resistance with Tummy Trimmer that's all And for beginners there are sufficient variations of exercises to maintain general home fitness. Overall this tummy trimmer is suitable for amateur fitness enthusiasts.
But if you want to take your fitness to advance level you have to go for different variations of workouts. As you mention go for specific isolated muscles groups.

There are various exercise design to perform those exercises depending on your fitness goal , if you go for General fitness then you can perform all the exercises moderately in one go then take rest according to your comfort ,ideally 2 to 3 min , then repeat the whole cycle, for another 2 set , so 3 to 4 set of all the exercises is sufficient.
Another is , you can target specific body part , and repeat the exercises upto your maximum for 4 to 5 set with complete rest in between.
Then do the next day another bodypart .
Means you have to give optimum rest period between your exercises according to your current fitness level.

If I assume you are maintaining a normal diet, then if you perform regular 30 min of exercise (Warmup & coolingdown excluded), then 3 to 4 kg possible you can lose in 1 month. Main thing is you should control your daily calorie intake, ( avoid sugar, fast foods) Then losing 10 kg in 3 months is a healthy target to achieve.

Hi DWARA , first of all I would like to say that ignoring morning breakfast is not a good choice , because after a whole night without food, our hungar cravings increase in morning to maintain our normal metabolism, if our body doesn't get food at morning our metabolism slow down itself, which has a direct negative impact on weightloss process.
For weightloss you need a higher metabolism, so it's better to don't skip your breakfast rather cut down excess calories only.

Yes sir why not, At your age you are doing exercises it means you are champion already sir. If you don't have any serious medical issues like backpain etc. You can easily do those exercises with Tummy Trimmer. You should try single spring instead of double spring it will be more suitable for your age. Try to do exercise with Tummy Trimmer in sitting condition only. Don't push yourself too much initially ,at first try to do 4 to 6 repetition only according to your current fitness level.
Always do some warmup before workout and cooling down walking and stretching afterwards.
* But it's advisable if you feel any discomfort during exercise you should immediately stop exercising and consult with doctor if possible.

Yes @Dr. Sonali Gupta maam it is safe equipment, But the main thing is his present health condition, if he has no back pain issues , High Blood Pressure, Arthritis or any kind of serious heart issues in the past otherwise it is safe equipment and if you do care fully with proper technique then no problem.
YOU have to use single spring tummy Trimmer or rubber made tummy Trimmer.
And it is advisable not go for double spring Varient, because it is hard to pull .
In the this video I used double spring Varient and it is quite hard to pull .
But as for 60 yr or above Non load bearing exercises like Brisk walking or Power Walking, Yoga if possible then cycling, swimming ,low impact Aerobics will be more beneficial for basic fitness.
And above all always remember maam age is just a number for you if you follow a healthy active lifestyle .

Avoid rusting on spring,
A good tummy Trimmer usually works 2 to 3 years easily and sometimes beyond this .
There are also Rubber made tummy Trimmer available.

For specifically if you wants to trained yourabs muscles, abs roller may be good options, there are other exercises also , for abs its need a good disciplined life style, controled diet , proper rest etc because with tummy Trimmer you can lose extra weight and fit but not develop your abs .
First try own body weight abs exercises, then if you think that your body need more resistance then go with equipments.

No issue brother, you just increase the number of repetitions and sets by 1 or 2
times during your workout and make sure perform a basic warmup before and cooling down stretching after your workout.

BICEPS CURL , Sited Row ,you can do upto your comfort level with care, but if you feel pain during exercise on your back you should avoid this .
