I’m DONE! This is confirmation! I got a huge award for being a team player at my Nursing job where I constantly cover for people who don’t show. I got my award and 4 tickets to the movie theater! I don’t go to movies, who does anymore. That was the biggest insult to me I ever got and I learned my lesson.
I no longer answer my phone on my days off to cover, I no longer talk to my Supervisor to let her know I will be willing to be on standby. Instead I got a second job with women from my Church who need help!

Yeah, I said ‘no thanks’ to 1 wedding (I have my reasons) & I got ostracised from most of my extended family.. still don’t get invited to anything after three years.
Still don’t regret not going. What I had going on at home was a lot bigger, they will never understand.
