GREAT ideas, as always. I always wish these types of videos include a recap, so here's mine: 1. Write/draw a Gratitude Journal as a gift for someone you care about. 2. Give away your extra, unwanted stuff to those who can use it. 3. Ask the quietest person in a group what he/she is excited about, and why? 4. Acknowledge people who are talking with you with active listening. 5. Support others' dreams or passions by always encouraging them. 6. Acknowledge the service workers in your life by name and thank them! 7. And my own, related to the above: Call, write, or hang out with each of your friends/family instead of just "liking" something they post, sending a mass text, or buying gifts. Tell them what they mean to you, and maybe share a photo of you together or a funny story. And do that more than once a year. ;-)
I will try to if Charlie doesn't, and hopefully someone else might also be inspired to do a summary! Not to skip the video, but just to help us remember all of this stuff. ;-)
#1 is brilliant as a gift. It takes time, which is worth more than money. I once saw a definition of "Love" as "the selfless appreciation of another person's virtues." The gratitude journal is such a great gift of love.
I did the first one you mentioned with a couple of friends, on their birthdays, but I only thought of it because I'm the shy type who rarely ever expresses how they feel to people they care about, and I don't usually know how to express it all when we're together. I found it easier to just write it all down and give it to them, and they LOVED it!!
Hey Charlie! Video idea for you: how to pose for a photograph. I’m mentioning this because as a PR student it is suggested that folded arms in a pose is more appropriate for photos. Yet this contradicts a few things you mentioned before about charisma. Any chance you could let us know how charisma and poses for photographs go hand in hand?
Number 4 is my biggest problem. I actually listen to people but i behave the way you described it and i need to work on that. Can you please do a more specific video about that topic i really have to change that behaviour
I've been watching a ton of your videos in the past few days & you remind me so much of myself. I too, went to Spain and did a year abroad while in college. I love how you relate everything to a story or example of your own life. I was going through an awakening period about a year ago & began the self discovery and love for myself journey. I got a bit lost within the past year but it feels amazing to be back and to see some new faces on UA-cam. I really appreciate your videos & you're very inspiring. Keep up the good work!!
"totally" "of course" and "for sure" are way more engaging in a conversation than "Yeah" "yes" and "I agree" Because they communicate that you're confident in what you've heard, that you are in fact listening and do in fact agree with them instead of just affirming what they've said without thinking much of it.
I love your videos, how they're not only empowering, but also show how to be a more positive center in in the world around you. I wonder if you would include terms of endearment to a list like this, how saying something like 'man' might show commonality and dissolve barriers. Please keep doing what you're doing, and I think you're creating a really positive impact for a lot of people.
Love this video, because I feel like it's more about boosting someone else's charisma, as a gift! Really good job on this one. Made me warm and fuzzy inside and I really can't wait to use those.
1. Give a personalized gratitude journal in place of expensive products 2. Donate the things you haven't used last year to charity 3. Ask the shyest person what they are excited about 4.Demonstrate engaged body language when speaking 5.Show support for other people's passions and dreams 6.Remember the names of the service people
Hey man, I am going through hard times lately, because of a recent break-up and also the lack of a job. Your videos are encouraging and helpful. Thank you for the effort you put in them, thank you for your altruism!
Dude!!! I like how you're saying all of these things that are seemingly common sense, but are so not! My mind is blown every time I watch you guys' videos; they've helped me to become so much more considerate with myself and others.
Thx for this post. Always appreciate the content. I’m sure I can’t be the only one who recognizes not only do you have great charisma and excellent teaching methods but you really know how to effectively communicate you ideas. I would love for you to do a video on communication skills alone and ideas on how we can improve them. Thx again and Happy Holidays!
I'm very happy you chased your dream to create this channel, because for "ME", you have really given me tips and ideas to be a better person. I always learn some little thing, if not a big thing from you. Keep up the great work.
we may love deeply and passionately, but it is connection that truly brings us together. sometimes the smallest acts of kindness reap the greatest rewards
good job! this is by far one of the most helpful channels i found on youtube and i like your english speaking style and how you word your presentation, it is not just helpful for building charisma but also very beneficial for english learners like me. thank you
You know, you're pretty good at the whole charisma thing. I think it is incredibly captivating when it comes to how you explain/break down components of human expression. I found you though your GoT commentary back around the end if season 7. I'm glad I did (and subscribed). Looking forward to more videos :)
Love the "what are you excited about" line of questioning. :) It immediately sets people in a happy mindset. Beautiful. Thank you for all the tips this year and Happy Holidays!
I love your videos, Charlie❤ Each one is a source of useful tips that can influence one's life greatly. In this one I really like the 1st point. It would be a nice b-day present for my best friend. I've never heard about it, so thank you. And... I'd like to say, that it's amazing how your appearance coincides with your character and thoughts! You're an awesome guy, go on making videos to motivate others!
Haven't watched one of your videos in while , but tuned into this one. You've become 1000x better at speaking in front of a camera , keep it up !! It can only get better from here
Hey, there is some actual good content in this video! Really useful, unlike those other channels who are always saying the same bullshit. Good job man, keep it up!
I love the gratitude journal idea! It’s thoughtful!!! It’s interesting to seek out those who are quiet and ask them questions- thats something I need to work on. Asking anyone any questions. This was a great video thank you so much for taking the time to share these tips! :)
these are some great tips! i am going to try to use them more often. i can relate tot he one about people supporting your interests, as someone who sings, plays guitar and writes songs but is not very comfortable doing it in front of people my favorite people are the ones who are interested in hearing me play.
Once again, an amazing video, you help out so many people daily in so many ways. Just want to let you know your work is very appreciated and thank you! I’m not sure if you made a video on this before, but a master of persuasion and charisma you can use as an example (I’m sure you know him) Dale Carnegie and his How to a Win friends and influence people. Whilst it won’t help you improve because you’re pretty much a charisma genius it will help your viewers, certainly helped me. I think you should really make a video on this because his books have lots of content and thorough charisma breakdowns much like your videos. There’s probably like 3 videos worth of content;) anyways, looking forward to your next video! -Mikhail
As a YT gamer, I try the last one all the time. I try and watch all the people I follow and give positive support to what they are doing, even if it is a game I am not particularly interested in. They are doing something they enjoy and wish to share that. That is a great thing
#5 is so important, especially between close friends- I would totally take it to the next level thanks to your video. I really appreciate you and your videos, I learn new amazing things thanks to you from video to a new one , you are awesome !
Could you make a video about how to make a difference between reality, and delusion? This has been a reoccuring problem for me, and always gets in the way of progress!
Be it a girl, or a job, or a mission, whatever I plan to do, I always fail, and I think that happens, because can't grip the reality of these situations, and you see I work like a bad youtube video where the sound(what I want) is not synchronized with the picture(the reality).
1. Journal filled with 7 days of gratitude 2. Give away unused things 3. Ask the quietest person in a group what they are excited about 4. Active listening 5. Support others dreams or passions 6. Use service workers names
This may not be too popular but those who known of the movie I can imagine it is a favorite. Do a charisma breakdown on Jim Carey in the movie Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls!
Great stuff as always!! What do you think about doing a break down on David Duchovny’s character Hank Moody from Californication? I️ think that’d be an interesting video from your guy’s POV.
Man, I love this channel it helped me a lot in my journey of becoming best version of myself. Can't say the journey is over tho 😂. Anyway could you please do how to be witty as Chandler Bing from Friends series?
Your friend reminded me of myself. It seems I don't know how to express my emotions with facial expressions, because almost everyone gets it the other way around. When I'm smiling, for example, it's common for people to ask me what I'm angry about... :'(
On my friend's birthday, someone did something similar to the first one, got a big notebook with some pictures and notes in, along with a few pages on things about that person, they also left some space for them to add things.
I can be critical when people tell me an idea. I'm glad I saw this; now I won't do it anymore. The names thing is also huge. I've seen a lot of success with it in my life.

Hey Charlie! That was a very nice video with quite useful tips. It is something I am currently working on, being nice and compliment people easier and more often which sometimes I find it hard to do, cause I am afraid of sounding weird to people. And also, I'd like to ask you this, sometimes I feel like I lose the line to being nice and I cross it and become too nice that people think I am such a naive person and I feel they stop supporting me and want to only receive my support. How about you make a video on that? On how not to overdo the nice thing?

Gary Lowell T yeah, if people will listen to these advices, this world would be so good. But, in reality...

The least one can do is, compliment people around them. It makes them happier & also raises your charisma.
Love your channel. Tnx! You help me a lot.
~ Glad you're finding the channel helpful Chai!

I wanna be "his uncle" in somebody else's life/lives.
Can you please do a video about strategic thinking like that guy from dethnote
