Love this video. So therapeutic to get everything down on paper. Like all of your suggestions as well!

I've been doing morning pages for over a month now. 🙂 I did them in November last year, but I wasn't able to finish the notebook because the pages were big and intimidating.
Now, I'm using a Pen+Gear journal in a regular more personal size. And I absolutely love writing in it every morning.
Wonderful video! 😊 I enjoy watching videos on morning pages.

I do them every morning. It's generally helped me. Especially with a recent break up. Even friends have said "you seem different this time around. It seems like you've handled it all in your own" and I have because I write about it and try not to bother my friends with ranting about it to them haha.

This was a great informative video. I’ve done morning pages before, but haven’t in a while. I really enjoy when you are speaking to the camera. Thank you for sharing and giving us tips 😊

Dominique, I'm intrigued by this practice. What amount of time do you set aside? I'm keeping a 5-year journal and it takes me a minimum of 10 minutes every evening and I struggle to set aside that time. I realize it probably has to do with the size of one's writing, college or regular rule, etc. Just wondering what you find is a good time to plan on. Maybe I could incorporate it into my weekend mornings. Thanks for your videos.
