For what I understand this is more about the obsession we now have, as a society, over the physical part of health while our mental health gets heavily neglected.
im serbian, I definitely feel like the original lyrics in serbian make much more sense when you fully understand them but the song is quite deep in it's nature on its own. it can also be seen as a slightly satirical commentary of the serbian healthcare system and overall mentality about health and self care in our society. I vaguely remember her song being quite misunderstood when it was first selected to be performed for eurovision since some of the more.. misunderstanding viewers thought it was cultish with the latin lyrics, lol.
You should turn on subtitles. It is satirical criticism song of society and health care today. Song has many layers. Turning hands left right is sign language for clapping
if you didn't know. this song is about the Serbian government who don't give free healthcare to artists as they don't believe it's a 'real job' or something. this song is a protest about that plus it's about body image and how the media portrays how we have to look perfect. i'm from the uk and didn't even know this was going on in Serbia so this song opened the eyes of millions of people. i actually voted for this and Sweden.

Not true.. Artists must be member of guild and claim that art is a main income he-she-it get, and then municipality start to pay for them insurance. Not easy, but not unavailable. Most artist have a second job, not unheard of.
