Made this two nights ago and it was ON POINT! I ended up eating the leftovers tonight. This is one of my go-to dishes at Cheesecake Factory and this is somehow identical but also somehow BETTER than their version lol. My husband took his first bite and his eyes got so big 😂 I love it when food does that! Thanks for sharing.
I like that you use a few grocery store shortcuts occasionally. Makes your recipes seem more realistic on a busy week night. I kinda missed the garlic paste today. I’ll have to try this one. Looks like a crowd pleaser.

Unpopular opinion but I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago when I took my daughter on a date lol, we’re both BIG pasta lovers & we were just not pleased. I think the whole dish lacked flavor & something about the texture of the chicken threw me off. I don’t like to send things back so We took it home & ordered the Alfredo to eat there 🤣 The next day I put it back on the stove & jazzed it up but I know YOU know how to really elevate flavor plus this is from scratch lol. Thank you ♥️

Thanks for the inspiration. I'm gonna puree my sauteed red bell peppers with some red ripe jalapenos and add them back into the pan before adding the mushrooms and finishing the cream sauce... a spicy hot pink pepper cream sauce is my take on this dish

Man, I like to cook, but I'm like a beginner level and don't know a lot of things. Crash course getting a temp and maintaining it. Burnt the first couple of pieces of the chicken with pink centers, but I got it down after those first 3. Family really enjoyed it, and everything else came out great.
I made the chili you and AB did a video together on. It is AMAZING! We shared some with my husbands co-worker. He loved it and said we should enter the chili cook-off. LOL! We would if we didn't have to buy the equipment to cook outside. Between you and AB we are excited about cooking again.
