    No my sugar and weight have reduced with the intermittent fasting. I’m following this from 2019.

      The science behind intermittent fasting is totally different. A person on intermittent fasting takes only healthy food during the eating window. But in the case of a normal person who skips breakfast, there is always a tendency to eat more unhealthy food in large quantities.
      And, in case of intermittent fasting 16:8, you can always have a first meal at 11am and finish your last meal by 7pm which is very good for your overall health.

      Hi, skipping breakfast is totally different from fasting.
      Breakfast is the first meal of the day which we have after long hours of not eating food and it influences our mental performance as the brain is deprived of glucose the whole night.
      Next the metabolism is very high and fast in our body during day time.
      So, fasting at night is best for our body and mind as our metabolism is slow during sleep.
      Once our body gets accustomed to this 16 hour fasting, we can little by little increase the fasting time by training our body and mind.

      Spring waters are very mildly acidic. But still, it is best to avoid any carbonated drink after a meal.

      Hi, the science behind intermittent fasting is totally different. If you follow the 16:8 fasting method, for eg: when you have the last meal at 7:00 p.m. the next morning meal will be at 11:00 a.m. Here you can start with a healthy breakfast at 11:00 a.m. and during intermittent fasting you are having only healthy food throughout the eating window.

      If you follow the 16:8 fasting method for example, when you take the last meal at 7:00 p.m., you can have the next morning meal at 11:00 a.m. Now you can start with breakfast and you are taking healthy food throughout the eating window.

      For eg, in 16:8 type, when we take dinner at 7:00 p.m. we can have a healthy morning breakfast at 11:00 a.m.
