I want to list my home on Airbnb in LA but I am worried about the 120-day limit. Listing a home for 120 days only is not enough time to make any money with AirBnb and defeats the point... What is the time frame to get approval on this and do I already need to have my home listed on Airbnb to apply for a year-round license? Thank you

@@mur02004 yes it is illegal to short term a non primary residence home but you could rent in for 31 days or longer.

You do need to have a track record in order to apply for it. But I’m not 100% sure how long you must wait to apply for it.
Airbnb is an app not a thing.
