It's hard to know who to trust online. Everyone is selling something. Even I one day hope to mentor some of you. There are fake gurus out there that claim to know how to teach airbnb, business, and real estate. Phonies like Chi Ta trying to sell his course BNB university or Brian Page trying to sell BNB formula. Inexperienced hosts like Stayly with only a few properties and a year of airbnb experience, they claim to make millions on airbnb bust don't reveal those million are all course sales that come from ad campaign and a free webinar that they misrepresent as a paid webinar that is free just for you. Coaches with No airbnb arbitrage or business leaderhip experience like Robuilt. There are no-name hosts with barely any properties trying to claim they're successful, such as vacation rental machine or bnb riches, or the 10xbnb system. None of these "gurus" have a decade and a half of sales experience or business leadership under their belt in addition to having over 100 properties. The issue with training your own housekeepers is that if they’re actually good, how long do you think they’re going to stay making $15/hour before they realize they can make $55/hour everywhere else?
Theyll be good if youre a good trainer. And theyll stay if youre a good leader. $15 / hour shouodnt be the farthest that can go in your company. Plan ahead

It depends on how ‘slow’ slow season is for you. When launching a new listing, Airbnb will boost you, so I prefer to launch in slow season as high season in my area always books out anyway..

10:50 Cough Humza Zafar Cough. And his course is trash. He makes you pay $100 a month to access it after you pay 5,000 plus dollars, they also don’t tell you that until you catch on and force them to expound..No one answers you in the “Skool” community. Oh God, what else.. you get an auto message from him stating that if we have any questions to direct message him and he would get back to us…… he doesn’t… under whelming and complete waste. Weekly calls went to monthly and at this point, there are no calls at all… ABSOLUTE SCAM!! I do not recommend what’s so ever.
I've heard horrible feedback as well. Personally, I find it surprising that people would consider other coaches when Sean clearly stands out as a leader in the industry. He's a great coach, although I must admit I prefer his video style over his webinars. Some get distracted by coaches who manage 300 or 400 listings, but I'm confident Sean could scale to those numbers if he chose to. Ultimately, everyone has their reasons for how they decide to grow their business.
@@TheUndergroundlab I was caught up in the social media hype. It’s so easy to be sold on someone’s inflated sense of self and their delusion of grandiosity when they have success backing them. Course went from 10k to $4999 one day and we had 24hours to purchase. I had just secured 73k in chase biz funding so between following him on social, witnessing his success coupled with the “price slash method” and my access to Capitol, I was sold. Prior to purchasing the course I was anti courses because of the generosity that is Sean’s yt page.. I got caught up in the hype…..unfortunately. To reiterate, I DO NOT recommend Humzas course 🙅🏾♂️ it’s false advertising in my opinion.
