Long Beach has great food, art and neighborhoods. Families love La Canada/south Pasadena for their good schools, outdoor spaces and beautiful homes; Alhambra is a great family area with great Chinese food. Lots of good pocket neighborhoods.
Inglewood has really grown due to the stadiums, teams and concerts.
I really enjoy this type of videos more than house tours
Lots to come
Beverly/Fairfax by The Grove…my LA hood…love your energy and drive Darren…you represent the energy and optimism of LA…keep pushing!! ❤
appreciate you
El Segundo, Westchester, Manhattan Beach!? Little biased since I grew up in these areas.
Love the south bay
SILVERLAKE !!!!!!! .... The west side is NOT the only area of Los Angeles where you can find great neighborhoods !! And the more west you go the more insane traffic is !!!
Great content, Sir! Thanks for including street view pictures.
I’ve been watching a lot of your videos because I will be moving to LA for work. I lived in Culver City for 3 months during an internship, so I do have minimal experience with living in the LA area, but I am coming from the Midwest. I know you mostly help with buying property, but would you say that your recommendations hold true for renting as well? Thanks for making these videos!
Woodland Hills. I don't really mind the heat as my home state gets pretty humid in the summers too. Plus the Valley seems like it has more greenery compared to the west side.
nice video, could you include prices for apartments, it's great to see so many eatery's
I just moved from the east coast for a job in Hawthorne. All these places are a crap commute for me. Any suggestions?
