I just purchased my first iPad at the age of 55. I found your tutorial and I absolutely love it. I’m going to follow you on all your socials thank you so much.
you really got me started on painting with my iPad, I previously only used it for notes and to study, but this is such a good way to just relax a little in between and create stuff that is fun, without having to carry around a whole suitcase with supplies! Thank you for opening that door for me and showing me more and more about it... I'm really having so much fun with this!
Hands down one of my favorite tutorials ! This is amazing information! I’ve been wanting to do something like this for my grandma who LOVES to color and this will make it much more easy without having to tell her all kinds of info and make her confused! Thank you so much Lisa 🌈💖💕
Hi! You mentioned that you can create coloring pages from artwork that has already been created? I have some illustrator vector art that I want to look more "coloring book-ish". Do you have any tips here? Can Procreate do this?
If you use a different color to do the outline drawing instead of black, how can you change that to Black later if you choose to change it to a different color throughout your drawing?
Thank you for your videos! I was so frustrated when I first bought my iPad, because I bought it for procreate, but I had no clue how to use either 🙃. Also I apparently bought the wrong Apple pencil and it wasn't working at all. Got the right one now and learning.
at 59:00 or so you start outlining the submarine, and I'd like to drop the only two cents I have and discuss your line weight for a second. Line weight is a great way to emphasize and indeed, make your drawing pop. Of course, art, in general, is subjective, but the best practices I've found when getting that crispy line art are the following: Things closer to the viewer: thicker lines Things further away: Thinner lines That being said we are talking about a coloring book page here, so instead, I'd opt for making the lines facing the bottom of the page thicker and the lines facing the top either thinner or left the same. This would suggest either light from the top, or even to help suggest the 3d shape of the object. That being said, this video was full of great info. thank you so much! :D
Loved the video .. I’m interested in making a colouring book from my drawing on procreate.. do I need to do anything after drawing? Convert it to svg or pdf? Or I can just save the photos on iPad and go to pages to create a book?
I have the ipad air 4 with the apple pencil 2. I bought them a few weeks ago together at apple! the pencil does not work with these brushes but it does with the others. I do not know why 😭

For the tutorial
Thanks for watching!
I learned so much from your tutorial! Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with us. :)
What size would you recommend to set for a large table sized coloring sheet?
Does it matter to use pdf instead of png to offer as printable downloads. Thanks
Hi. I’m not 10000% sure, but judging by Etsy listing. Post people offer pdf. But you could offer both :).

I love your pen
Do you have a tutorial on creating coloring pages from original artwork?
Could you tell me which screen protector you use? I have difficulty drawing on a slick surface and want to get a paper texture cover…?
I use this one and I love it: amzn.to/2K7pyZH

on my iPad Air with Apple Pencil 2 the pencils did not work. I do not know why 😭
I have a ipad air as well, and my apple pencil doesn't work for it either. It might be the version you have 🤷
Check this article to see if what Apple Pencil is compatible with your iPad: support.apple.com/en-us/HT211029
