Even if I do my top layer as reference and multiply. On the layer below it, it doesn’t let me color like that. It still goes outside of the lines. Can I make it stay inside the lines?
You can import a PDF into Procreate and color it like I explain in the video. Then save and export your final colored page as various file types, including back into a PDF. Hopefully that answers your question!

Didn’t work. The lines still mark over my coloring pages black lines.
You might be coloring on a layer above the lines layer. Try moving the layer you are coloring on below the layer with the image.
