- Here is another 'no equipment, no problem' training solution for home workouts
BW Partner Assisted Metabolic Shoulder Blast
Side laterals standing
Front raises (from knees to give partner leverage)
Shoulder Press (from fully seated on butt to give partner leverage, partner stands behind)
Rear Delts Elbow Crunches (partner resists at the elbows)
This sequence can either be done as a circuit or as a straight sets bodypart workout
The trainee doing the work controls the resistance with “more” or “less” verbal instruction to the partner who is applying the resistance in order to keep smooth reps - just like a trainee would control cadence with the weights they choose for a set etc.
Perform 3 to 4 Sets X’s 12-15 or 15-20
