- So... the weight totally came back (my own fault) and I decided to see how much damage I could do using only diet and JUST DANCE! I cant believe how much I lost!

I had no issue using just dance unlimited and paid for the service once my trial came to an end as it was only £20 for a year. Completely agree with you that its not the same level of workout as ring fit but I enjoy it a lot more. I don't think it gets my heart pumping fast every time I use it which I think is key to good health.
Yea, I think its "easier" to feel motivated with Just dance since you can play with friends everyday and keep each other accountable
Really great video! 😄 I just purchased Just Dance 2023 and I'm also at the end of covid. All my symptoms are gone but I'm still feeling a bit drained and lethargic, I did the sit down options a few time's and I found them really great! Can't wait till I'm feeling better and can do the rest.
I recently got Covid for the 1st time a few weeks ago... the feeling tired is definitely the worst but that game will be fun recovery

Great video! I liked that you compared just dance with ring fit. I can't afford buying a switch in my country so I watch videos of my favourite songs from just dance in sweat mode, it's very fun and I get to work out at the same time :) I'll try watching some ring fit videos as well

If anyone is having issues with their Unlimited not working, check to see if the switch you want to dance on is set to Primary Console in the settings. Hope this helped!

I just bought the just dance 2023 and me and my best friend almost died afterwards. This is definitely hard but its fun. My goal is to get healthy because I work from home and don't move. This is a great video! Subscribed for sure

It's 2024. There is a just dance 2024. But I only have 2020. So I'm currently dancing to 2020. Looking up how others did. I'm enjoying 2020 so far. Maybe I'll get 2024 around black Friday

Yea the eshop never goes on sale ypu have to buy the physical at a store, granted it's literally and empty case with a code inside, but it's still $20-$30 rather than $60+, right now 2023 on switch is $18.98 on amazon

I’m so bad with the food…. Getting on a healthy diet…. And I’ve tried losing this weight to be better, I’m so insecure about my stomach after having my first child…..
As a person who is overweight (again) I'll just give the speech I want to hear and tell myself. No matter what, love your self and who you are right now, but also love and look forward to what and who you can be. If you feel insecure or can't do things with your kid because of your state of fitness, change that. Know it'll be hard but know it'll be worth it. And have the wherewithal to know it will take time. I am about to start on my journey of weight loss again, my wife and I just had our first child 2 months ago and I have been ordering in and not working out for a while now. Last time I went through the process it took a solid 10 months to notice a difference and 14 months to really feel happy about my level of fitness both in looks and performance. The thing is if you never start the 14 months will always be 14 months away. And just know, even if you just go for a light duty walk, you're lapping the guy sitting on the couch.

Been using just dance for weight loss for about a year now and it’s rough cause I stop and go sometimes but I do know when I do it I can lose about 1 pound a month just doing 3 songs a day. Wondered what it like to do 30 minutes consistently and tbh if I lost 16 pounds rn I’d be a skinny bitch so I guess I gotta try. But it’s so hard 😂🫡 salute to yall
