Someone probably said this before me, but for the dog eggs question: you can make toxocariasis, an infection caused by small worms that might be in dog, cat and fox poo. Toxocariasis rarely occurs, the worms usually die in your body, but if they don't, it can lead to respiratory problems and loss of vision (blindness)
But what does the egg part have to do with that? And what do you mean “make?” Are you saying that you eat the eggs of worms to get an infection that makes you blind?
34:50 This is possibly a reference to australia's famous competitor to marmite: "Vegemite". In the 20s or 30s or something, it changed its name to Pawill, with the slogan "Ma might, but Pa will" It instantly flopped and change its name back to vegemite
It had to, ‘‘twas the will of Steve Irwin. What I’m about to tell you is top secret australian government information, I might be arrested for spilling this info but.. Every australian has a Steve Irwin shrine in our attic, it is required to sacrifice a jar of vegemite every week, or you will be sent to Area 51. The reason other people aren’t allowed in Area 51 is because all the Australians who didn’t comply to the Steve Irwin religion saw the truth, everything is actually made of the gross clay you use in primary school that never actually dries and is a pain in the ass to work with, and once you realise this, you are able to use 100% of your brain. 1:29:11 Another difference in the flash version is that you can't tab, as tabbing indicates every clickable object in a flash file, and the quiz has many tricks and searching questions, so if you end up doing so, you get an instant game over
Oh God so the quiz is impossible for me cause I would accidentally press tab and every button on my keyboard because of the fact that I constantly get the urge to press buttons.
it feels weird how many of these answers I remember instantly just off the top of my head, even just hearing you read the questions while I'm in another tab Makes me wonder exactly how many times I must've played it through as a kid
Wow, I haven't thought of this in something like fifteen years either. There was a time my friends and I in high school had the whole thing basically memorized so we could see who could speedrun through it the fastest. Blast from the past!
I'm so hella tired and it's like 02.30 in the night, and I have never once seen your channel before, but I watched through this experience of a video, where I both laughed, learned and lied down weeping from the anxiety that you went through. I literally jumped in joy when you finally beat this challenge, only to be greeted with most cinema worthy quote ever "The Possible Quiz", defying everything about this game. I'm like seconds from falling asleep, but ey, you earned a new subscriber at least
I love how the "did you clear that question first try?" question inadvertently told you it was a scuffed version. Though I do believe there's a legitimate working HTML5 version available, officially endorsed by Splapp.
I used to care for a kid with cerebral palsy who was friends with the creator of "The Impossible Quiz." I thought I was going to be slick and use their friendship as a way to complete the quiz. Let me tell you. This kid was WAY before his time. He is stupid smart and he knows it. He loves to get one over on you, but he is a huge sweetheart. He would just giggle and encourage me. I never met him face to face but our conversations were quite the adventure. Thank you for taking me down memory lane.
I've known about the Impossible Quiz for a while, and remember almost all of the answers off the top of my head, but truthfully I didn't know the explanations behind most of the answers, so this entire video (particularly the part about splapp's previous works) was super interesting!
Same! I just played it so many times as a kid that most of the answers are burned into my memory from clicking absolutely everything on the screen or watching UA-cam videos all the way back when lol
I can tell this video is about to pop off considering it seems a lot of people are getting this video recommended now, and I’m glad because this was such a good video!
Same idek who this is or what the quiz was before this but this video was quite entertaining otherwise I wouldn’t have watched it for over an hour and a half..
fun fact: at 19:52 (task 34) the question on the mobile version changes the task to "elephants like being touched" otherwise the task would auto complete so they made mobile players tap and hold
In fact, several other questions were also changed in the mobile version, either to avoid copyright issues or because Splapp deemed the joke too offensive in retrospect.
This quiz was the only thing happening on the computers during elementary school enrichment class, when us little fifth graders didn’t understand any of it but the answers are still hardwired into our brains. Just watching this video I’m amazed at how I remembered the answers to 99% of the questions even though I had absolutely no reason as to why they were right😂
I know this sounds pretty lame, but this game holds a very special place to me. When I was in the sixth grade, my entire class was endeavoring to solve the quiz without any outside help. I was the first one to finally do it on totally on my own.
You're probably the only major streamer/UA-camr I've ever seen who played through this thing without screaming like a ninny throughout half of it. Thanks for that.
Ever since playing this as a kid, literally like 15 years ago, the phrase “splapp-me-do” has lived in my head rent free. question 97 actually didn't require you to be honest, the test assumes you took 10+ attempts also question 106 allows you to Follow the road, then click on the arrow that will appear at the end (right-clicking doesn’t work here, unlike previous maze questions; clicking and holding the left mouse button in the beginning and releasing it in the end will do the trick though (copy and pasted from the wiki lol)
This is quite possibly the best video I've seen on this damn game. Ah- the not-so-fond memories. Kudos on the win. :3 I wonder if he knows there are two official sequels to this quiz.
My biggest flex when I was like 8, was I had completed the quiz. In fact I was the only kid in my whole school who had been able to complete it. I very much remember the moth question, because that week we has a test on plants, biology Nd the earth. One think we had learnt about was the ecosystem and the things in it. Of course, this included moss. Now, picture an 8 year old, with undiagnosed autism at the time, an overbite and a lisp. (Plus an annoying ass uwu voice because I couldn’t say R) SO ANYWAY. Because I had a lisp (and still do) I couldn’t say ‘moths’ and ‘moss’ without it sounding like the same word. Every time I tried to answer the question I was told I was wrong because the teacher thought I was answering ‘moths’ So when I saw that question on the impossible quiz My ability to associate entirely different things without making any sense came in handy AND LETS GO, NOBODY BULLIED ME FOR BEING UGLY FOR A WHOLE 2 DAYS 💪 BECAUSE I HAD PROVEN I WAS THE TRUE ALPHA FEMALE.. but then I got bashed while feeding a bird on Friday
Can’t believe I spent an hour and a half watching this guy play a stupid, crazy, (nearly) impossible game. Incredibly entertaining the whole time, amazing vid!
I feel like the “What does Dracula eat?” answer being Sheperd’s pie is actually bc Chicken Chow Mein (and a lot of western Chinese dishes) use garlic in them
24:53 I respect your dedication! I never bothered trying to see if that was an actual question, I just found the answer by trial and error. (Frankly it didn't even occur to me that these were wingdings and I could "translate" them, I just saw it as nonsense.)
Question 84 of The Impossible Quiz is a mini-game question, and pretty much the first mini-game question of the series. The background music will completely come to a halt upon getting here, and you'll be presented with the typical "Put your mouse on here" text from the maze questions; however, once you place your cursor on top of the red button below, a new task appears on screen, saying "Only touch the shooting star!", with the last two words written in red. The stuff on the sides of the screen (lives, skips, question number) will be covered by a frame with a crater-filled texture. Be careful though, because if you touch the frame, you will get a "Game Over" in the minigame! You'll get a new lives counter on the top right corner of the screen, exclusive to this question, which will display as many mouse cursors as lives you have left. The background will also change to a space-themed one, and the game will start playing a remix of the "Cantina Song" from the Star Wars franchise. Meteors will start coming from outside the screen, and you must avoid them at all cost. You're not required to click at any point; all you have to do is to move your mouse around avoiding the meteors, until you spot the shooting star, which will appear from the bottom left corner of the screen and will move horizontally to the right before disappearing through the right edge of the frame. Your task is to touch the shooting star using your cursor, and you're not required to click it. Once you touch it, the screen will return to normal, and you'll be given a big message that says "Well done!". A still where you can see the second Skip and the star. 1/3 If you miss it, however, meteors will keep appearing and you'll have to wait until the shooting star appears again. Touching a meteor will just take away a life from the mini-game's life counter; if you lose all 3 cursors, you'll get a "Game Over" screen inside of the mini-game as well, but you'll just lose a life in the Quiz. So be careful! The two remaining Skips from the Quiz can be found in this question: one of them will appear near the top left corner of the screen, moving closely around the corner, before the second one appears, moving horizontally from the top right corner of the screen towards the left side. It is really important that you get both of them, since this is your last chance of getting skips. Just like in the "maze" questions, you can abuse both the right-click cheat (you can move freely as long as the right-click menu is open, closing it whenever you're about to touch a Skip or the star), and the left-clicking cheat (you can move around freely as long as you're holding the left-click button, letting go of it whenever you want to touch a Skip or the star).

Dear God, I remember this. I used to play it on the computers at my library. The highest question that seems familiar to me is 43, so it was quite a trip seeing all the rest of them.
When I was super into Undertale I would go into the school library and teach myself wingdings so that I could read mysteries written on the internet because of the games hidden secrets. I don't remember it all now but I should try and learn it again, it was fun.
What. A. RIDE. I have a short attention span, but this had me absolutely HOOKED with your personality and narration. I have not been THIS invested in a UA-cam video for quite some time. Seems this video is getting blessed by the UA-cam algorithm. And for good reason! You kept my attention the entire way through. I remember this damn game from my childhood. Watching that ending was so satisfying.
I feel like the impossible quiz wiki isn't always the most reliable, though it is for the most part. But, for question 60, the one where it asks if you answered the last question right. It does specifically say "did you answer the last question on your first try". It didn't ask if you charged your Lazer on your first try. Number 59 on the quiz technically wasn't a question. Number 59 is just "charge your Lazer." Therefore, the last question asked would be number 58 about Dracula's favorite meal being Shepard's Pie. From what I can tell you did answer that one correct on your first try which is why 'yes' was actually correct.
An interesting idea, but question 60 _does_ mean question 59 when it asks “the last question” As other comments have pointed out, being converted to an HTML5 file broke some of the game (A lot of the audio, such as the original music & the dog barking is completely absent, question 106 was glitched and impossible to complete) so what likely happened with question 60 is it was no longer able to check for if you completed question 59 first try, so it just defaults to “yes” being the right answer

In the 20s or 30s or something, it changed its name to Pawill, with the slogan "Ma might, but Pa will"
It instantly flopped and change its name back to vegemite
Ngl I like that name
Oh shit THEIR ON TO ME- SPREAD THE WORD-
1:01:38 what if it is "blindness" because the reporters couldn't see the supposed beauty of the city of Hull? Like when some people who aren't from Hull visit Hull, they apparently gain this magical ability to become blind to its beauty? People from there doesn't have this issue.
1:29:11 Another difference in the flash version is that you can't tab, as tabbing indicates every clickable object in a flash file, and the quiz has many tricks and searching questions, so if you end up doing so, you get an instant game over
I think the tab button is banned whatever version you play

Every time I tried to answer the question I was told I was wrong because the teacher thought I was answering ‘moths’
So when I saw that question on the impossible quiz
My ability to associate entirely different things without making any sense came in handy

1/3
If you miss it, however, meteors will keep appearing and you'll have to wait until the shooting star appears again.
I ain’t reading all of that.
So trooo
I was really surprised you didn't say the pun "nailed it". Your joke was much better as no one expected it.

I just watched a grown man spend days trying to complete a pointless quiz for an hour and a half.

Number 59 is just "charge your Lazer."
Therefore, the last question asked would be number 58 about Dracula's favorite meal being Shepard's Pie. From what I can tell you did answer that one correct on your first try which is why 'yes' was actually correct.
An interesting idea, but question 60 _does_ mean question 59 when it asks “the last question”
As other comments have pointed out, being converted to an HTML5 file broke some of the game (A lot of the audio, such as the original music & the dog barking is completely absent, question 106 was glitched and impossible to complete) so what likely happened with question 60 is it was no longer able to check for if you completed question 59 first try, so it just defaults to “yes” being the right answer
I think I figured it out, it says "be honest" and you select no, therefore being dishonest
@@UniversusVasator nope, it’s really as simple as a conversion to HTML5 causing bugs
