180g top sirloin (chicken breast also possible)
60g raw rice
70g frozen peas
100g cucumber
1/2 avocado or 60g
4g oil
1/2 lime
bunch of fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
salt, black pepper
sauce:
10g mustard
20g zero-added-sugar ketchup
10g vinegar
5g soy sauce
10g honey
Start by cooking the rice. in the meantime slice the steak into bite-sized cubes, then add it to a bowl and add oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper and mix.
Add all sauce ingredients into a glass and mix. Cut avocado and peeled cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
Fry the beef in a pan on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add frozen peas, mix everything, and keep cooking for 30 more seconds. Remove from the heat.
Into a bowl add the cooked rice with juice of half a lime and fresh cilantro and mix. Top the rice with cucumber, avocado, beef, and peas. Lastly, drizzle sauce on top. Done!

Hi Felu. I bought your book but didn't make an account to get the updates. I sent an email on the website asking if I could get some help. I can prove the purchase with a bank statement! Can I get any help?
p@@LemonLoverCockatiel Hi, I didn't receive your email. Can you resend it please? You aren't in my spam filter either. I will resend you all updates!
Love your videos! If possible, can you pls do a low cal high protein pad Thai one?! 🙏
I also love pad thai, it would be great
This looks good Felu. You could also substitute edamame beans for peas and increase the protein even more!
This looks so good, definitely gonna have to make it
if you want to also mitigate the oxidation process for the avocado, squeeze and rub lemon or lime juice on it
This was so good - thank you 😇
wonderful as always
you can also put an open avocado in a glass and submerge in water, hardly changes consistency and keeps oxygen away from the flesh
Looks delicious 😋
Looks great! Except the cilantro... can't wait to try it!
I hate cilantro too. I've found that parsley mixed with a bit of lime is a good substitute! The parsley is a bit more bitter but the lime offsets that.
Can the honey and Balsamic Vinegar be supplemented with something lowsugar/sugarfree? Both contain lots of sugar, which i try to avoid.
When the frist hit strikes wtih desolator, the hit stirkes as if the - armor debuff had already been placed?
Think your dota 2 question wasn't meant for this vid :P
Not quite a Dota vid, but yes it will take the armor debuff into account when calculating damage on the 1. hit
Yes it will take the armor debuff into account. I played dota for over 10 years ;)
Vinegar for the sauce was a tragic idea. mustard itself contains a little vinegar usually. you add such amounts of vinegar to it and you have a disgusting acidity. i tried it and it came out very bad. instead of vinegar, i recommend lemon or lime juice.
Did you use the thickened balsamic ?
@massqueraider nope but the author said: "if not just use the regular white vinegar". So I did and oh god... don't do that. I am not sure how the thickened balsamic vinegar would taste like but lemon juice was just so good
Thank you for the great recipe, but please more dishes without meat. Thank you
Then make it without meat lol... Takes more effort to pick the steak up off the shelf than to leave it there 😅
