Split units and water pupms have their limits when it comes to temperatures below zero, so if it's too cold for the device to wrok replacing it will not slove the issue.

A staircase bannister needed, cooktop should be on the other side of the sink, not near the " living room". Not enough glazing. Otherwise passable.
