Great lookin tacos Mike. I'd eat 6 of those babies. I got to take a little tour in a taco truck and he told me if I want to make tacos to always fry the tortillas in the grease the meat produced so it gets that flavor throughout. I tried it that way and haven't done it any other way since. Give that a try next time and see what you think. Great video brother, cheers.
Good job! Cooking and video making. Ive been thinking about getting myself a blackstone as opposed to buying a new set of pans. Mainly for eggs, but tacos are important too! Thanks for the video to better my judgement.
Thanks for stopping by. I don't have a tool but what you might do is put something under the back legs to lean it forward a little. I wish Blackstone would allow us to adjust the legs to level it more. Hope this helps...
Thanks Denny, I've received a lot of the same feedback. I tried to put the digital temp in the video but I guess I need to show it better or talk about it. I'll work on it. Thanks again!!!
Nice job on those tacos. I like mine in my stomach, just like you did at the end. I guess you and Hussie are thinking alike. He did tacos also, but he put a little spin on his.
Hi Danielle, yes still loving mine. I'm re-releasing previous videos at the moment due to some medical issues but should be back on the e-series in about a month. I'm sure hubby is going to love it to!!!
They looked delicious. You are so lucky. Cannot find the E-series anywhere. I have looked everywhere when on the road. Even several walmarts around Bentonville Arkansas this last weekend when I made a delivery there.
Just buy a good pan with a thick bottom and you are set for life. Or maybe 2 pan's. You don't need a big griddle unless you are feeding 6 persons or more!
Love how you can shut the lid and it's glass.
Thanks Cal!!!
Looks great!! A nice cold one goes good with tacos. Have a great weekend!!
Yeah man, wish I had a cold one for sure!!! You have a great weekend too brother!!!
Them Tacos looked so good, now I want some. Great Job Mike, looks like that E series is a really good griddle
Thanks Butch, I'm having fun with it so far...
Big cat you look like a pro with those wooden utensils good job

Great tacos on the griddle. I am making shrimp tacos tonight on my griddle.

Our next meal!!! We are loving ours!!
Oh yeah!!! Wait until Saturday's video... It came out really good...

Well said!
Superb looking tacos Mike .... I need a few ASAP haha

Your wooden spatulas look like a nice addition👍

Thanks Red, you can definitely eliminate using pots/pans with the Blackstone. Breakfast is a breeze with minimal clean up. Tacos too...
Those look perfect!
Thanks Norman, they went quick lol...
Looks awesome!
Thanks Kelly, have a great weekend!!
@@cookingwithbigcat you too!
Those look great
Thanks Marty!!!
Looks delicious as always Mike! I think they just call them Turners or Wood Turners. Have 2 myself and love them. Have a great day Mike!
Turners sounds good. Thanks Doug!!!
Wow. What I can make is a breakfast taco.
Looks good 👍
Looked good Mike..
Thanks Skip!!!
Big Gato do you have a tool to use to block the food and oil from escaping out the back spout on the e series 22 inch grill when cooking? Thanks.
Thanks for stopping by. I don't have a tool but what you might do is put something under the back legs to lean it forward a little. I wish Blackstone would allow us to adjust the legs to level it more. Hope this helps...
Would like to know what temperature you cook things at
Thanks Denny, I've received a lot of the same feedback. I tried to put the digital temp in the video but I guess I need to show it better or talk about it. I'll work on it. Thanks again!!!
Looks amazing! Where did you purchase your wooden spatulas?
Thanks Connie, I got them at Ross. They always have great deals on things like that.
Was wondering how you got those off that griddle and on the rack
Thanks Gwen, I used the wooden spoons/spatulas. One on the left to hold it in place and one on the right to fold it. Worked like a charm.
Nice job on those tacos. I like mine in my stomach, just like you did at the end. I guess you and Hussie are thinking alike. He did tacos also, but he put a little spin on his.
Yeah I saw that this morning. I'm going to have to call Matt so we get on a different schedule lol...
Can you use it in your house
Absolutely, that's what it is made for.
You didn’t show the whole thing. How did you get them off the griddle and folded up without spilling?
I used my new wooded spatula/spoon thingies and it was very easy. No spill...
Are you still liking yours? I just got one today for my hubby for our rv. 🙂

@@cookingwithbigcat I hope you’re doing ok and feeling well! 💙💙

Thanks Roger, your gonna love it!!!
walmart is sold out of them ugh. can’t find the anywhere.
They'll get here soon enough... Patience is a virtue. I know, easier said than done...
Wish I could find one of those darn e series griddles
I know right, before you know it they will be everywhere.
Try adding a little Parmesan cheese ( the stuff in the green can for spaghetti ) to your taco shells for a little variation, its quite good.
Interesting, I will give it a shot...
Spurdles....thats what the wood utensils are called.
No it's not a spurdle, I think it's just a square spatula...
@@cookingwithbigcat close enough.....lol

Thanks for the feedback but you do realize my channel is geared for people at own griddles lol... 🤣
I found some on ebay but them thieves are wanting 230 bucks plus 30 -40 shipping...
That's ridiculous...
Wooden utensils
Thanks Kathy!!!
