I get my Blackstone 22" E Series Griddle on this coming Wednesday, I will be trying this recipe for sure!! Munster and provolone, You can't go wrong!! Looks Delicious!!
My man, one of my favorites! Its lunch time for me and now want me a cheese steak. See what you did, but I'll have to wait till tomorrow when I cook me some. Ribeye is in the freezer and all other ingredients are in the fridge. Great cook. Thanks for making me hungry. Keep making em and I'll keep watchin em.
That looks delicious! Deffently be doing that on mine I got from ya. Did several cook on this griddle and just love! Thanks again it's am awesome griddle!
Great cheesesteak recipe and I will be making that soon. Watched your pork fried rice video and made shrimp fried rice on the griddle. It was awesome. Many thanks Mike.
The more cheese the merrier, I like that you used two great ones! Really cool job on that little dude, non stick seems to be an understatement for it hah. Awesome job Mike, and hope you have a great weekend!
Man that cheese steak looks amazing! I've never tried munster cheese but now I will. So disappointing that I can't find the E series. Don't want to live at Walmart waiting for them to arrive. Please hurry up blackstone and let us all have a chance to enjoy this griddle!
Looked really delicious. I liked you put the Munster cheese on it also. I have to say when I first turned on video I thought you were wearing a prison shirt LMAO. I just got the new blackstone round smasher for smash burgers. It is a must get & worked perfect. Came with their new burger kit. You could probably use it with the E-series just put wax or parchment paper between meat & smasher. Keep the great videos coming & will be trying that mayo garlic squeeze sometime.
Not sure my Publix will shave meat but I will try it! What temp did you start with? I managed to find the griddle in Daytona Beach and have had it less than a week.
Hey Cindy, they probably will. So far they've done everything I've asked for and give me great ideas as well. I like to cook any steak on pretty high heat to get that sear on the outside without overcooking on the inside. So I would say about 400-425 for these. Hopefully the e-series start showing up more in the stores. Thanks for stopping by!!!
looks like they need a little cover for the greese hole. a cover/plug. one you can remove real quick and put back in. its like air hockey opening going to swallow up your mead and veggies.
Thanks for the comment. My butcher was able to do it. But if that's what your butcher says maybe you can call him/her about an hour before so he can throw the steak in the freezer and then slice it when you get there. Let me know how it turns out...
We are waiting for ours. It’s being delivered today and I can’t wait. I’m already making a grocery list of thing to cook. Yummmmmmm
I love it when you sit down to eat and say ooh weeeeeee❤️👍🥰

What kind of oil did you use?
What’s good big cat, love making hoagies, gunna use martins today but I gotta say they are kinda like long hot buns. A bit narrow

Duke's mayo...the ONLY mayo that should exist! LOL
Must be a southern thang...most won't understand! LOL
I am a Mayo connoisseur and Duke's is the BEST!!! And yes it's a Southern thang for sure lol...
Mmmmm
What temp were you using?
Hey Kyle, I cooked them at a medium-high heat (400-425). Thanks for watching...
@@cookingwithbigcat awesome recipe! Followed exactly what you did and was excellent
OMG now I know what’s missing, aujus
Aujus would have been clutch lol...

First!🔥🍕
Yes you are!
What's interesting to me is that your butcher shaved your steaks... My butcher says the meat has to be frozen to shave it. Is my butcher wrong?
Thanks for the comment. My butcher was able to do it. But if that's what your butcher says maybe you can call him/her about an hour before so he can throw the steak in the freezer and then slice it when you get there. Let me know how it turns out...
You can when they arnt frozen but it's alot easier if they are. It could be the cutter he's working with
Your Philly friends left out the most important part. Spray can Cheese whiz.
Put the cheese on the meat onion peppers then the roll, BTW where's the mushrooms. It's still a good looking sandwich
Thanks for the tip...
I never heard of dukes ...i only use best foods real mayonnaise
They just started carrying it here in S. Florida a couple years ago. It's good... Thanks 1 2!!!
Just a little fyi they don’t cook too fast
Thanks for the feedback Dewain!!!
Where is the yum yum likes lol
Yes likes are bueno!!!
U need plastic utensils for that black stone.
Thanks DeMarkus!!! Yes plastic or wood works. Not easy to find ones that work well because the surface it so dang slippery lol...
