Fully Loaded SMOKED Brisket NACHOS on the PELLET GRILL

  • In this video we make a fully loaded platter of smoked brisket nachos for the BIG GAME!! We make a pico de gallo using roma tomatoes, jalapenos, white onion, cilantro and fresh squeezed lime juice with a pinch of salt and hardcore carnivore tex mex seasoning. To that we also make some simple lime crema using sour cream, lime juice, lime rind and salt.
    In a 12" cast iron pan lined with pink paper we layer up our nachos with corn chips, cheese, smoked brisket, corn, peppers, olives, green onions, pickled jalapenos and fresh pico de gallo in 3 layers and top with fresh jalapeno slices. We toss it in the Traeger pellet grill at 375f for 35-45 mins then remove. We top the nachos with our lime crema, cilantro, green onions and more pico de gallo. Then we dive in and enjoy!!!
    These were some of the best nachos I've ever had and highly recommend making them!
