Thanks for teaching me how to cook ducks. I tried your bacon wrapped and jalapeño stuffed duck breasts with two pintails this year and it was fantastic. I’m somewhat new to waterfowling, so that said I appreciated the fact you gave very precise directions and temperatures. Please do more Cajun type recipes, as I love that cuisine and don’t know a ton about it.
