  • I hope you enjoy this 25 minute full body Pilates workout! I created this for beginners, but it's a great workout for all fitness levels. This is a Reformer series being done in the Pilates Tower.

      @@Gracedefinedme sure! It’s a studio reformer-tower combo unit by Balanced Body. I mostly use and love Balanced Body equipment (we have a couple of Stamina pieces as well). ❤️
