It's super nice seeing a fitness UA-camr actually enjoying your travels and not restricting your diet on your trip. Traveling is about exploring other parts of the world and culture- that includes eating different foods, not counting your macros on a trip you probably will not make many other times in your life!

Never have I ever watched an eating video this long without fast forwarding before. I guess there is a first time for everything 😍 It was edited SO well. You kept in the highlights of tasting every item, mainly the first bite and your reaction, and then moved on to the next one. Perfect. Wasn’t bored for a second.

She trains hard and her metabolism is amazing. You can indulge in foods if you love a healthy lifestyle day to day.
she takes care of herslef the rest of the days. Eating fast food in a week is not going to make her loose all her hard training and healthy diet from the other days were she doesnt record videos
@@cparada106 Yeah it does. If you do that all the time tour metabolism isn't that great and you have to work harder. Also I don't believe all that eating. I guess she's taking some laxatives cause I've seen some heavy trainers and they feel like hang over next morning eating like that.

I went to Hong Kong last year and just was not impressed. I was so excited for dim sum but felt like it was very bland, like you said. I had an egg tart and was pleased with that!
The egg waffle OMG YES!!! I commented on your IG but I had a green tea one with chocolate syrup. So good.
Your hair while eating the apple flavored egg waffle was SO DAMN CUTE!
My mouth watered at that second chicken tart, the flakey one. The sound quality on the video was on point. I could totally imagine biting into it.
I love that you went to McDonald's. I can't stand McDonald's in the States but it is totally different in other countries. There was a 24 hour one right by our hotel in Hong Kong so it was great for late night eats when we were jet lagged. I loved the green tea lattes I had there.
