ONE 🎉YEAR 🎉ALL 🎉IN 🎉!!!
I think this video says it all and tells you the FULL story! It took me over a month to make and edit this video but I think it really captures my journey and I can't tell you how much it means to me to share this with you. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed making it and thank you for making this year as amazing as it was...through all of the ups and downs, you guys were always there for me. I love you from the bottom of my heart. Enjoy! 😘

The fact that people shamed her when she gained weight is so sad, she did what she needed to do to be physically and mentally healthy

it says a lot about society that when a woman takes care of herself and enjoys hereself that there is a societal backlash.
body types aren’t real like that you can’t draw conclusions from them😂.
Many fitness trainers and gurus don't want to admit that they have disordered eating habits. Thank you for being honest!
Not all fitness trainers and guru's have disordered eating habits, many don't sp many don't have to admit anything.
C Will well, yes, but they’re obviously talking about the ones who do have disordered eating habits.
Not that it's bad- it's just bad to promote your audience to have the same disordered eating habits
@@Churros1616 what's SP?

As somebody in all-in recovery from Anorexia, currently going through extreme hunger Stephanie is helping and motivating me so much!
Good on you for going through it! Good luck & keep up the good work!
I recovered from AN and went through every stage she mentioned. Extreme hunger is exhausting, and I understand how scary it can feel when you are experiencing it after having lived through such a difficult period in your life. Keep going, I hope that you are doing well, two years later!
Never listened to a person for 40 minutes and be so engaged the whole time. Girl you’re amazing
Same. I love her videos. That’s hard to do is keep ppl watching your video the whole entire way.

Only a statement made by females!
She was never even "fat". She just gained weight and was bigger than she normally was. People who shamed her are just crappy.
lol
True
Honestly.
she got fat. period.
@@chloemajlinda3957 I think the problem is the way society presents the word fat and it’s not used as it should be. Yes she gained a lot of fat but that does not mean she is fat. It almost becomes an identifying word rather than a descriptive one.
When he asked if she regrets it and she said "Not even for a second" I broke down in tears. This video inspired me and I will do the same thing as you. I have been pushing recovery back but now its time for a change.

This made me cry...Why does the world hate fat so much? I'm sorry you had to go through that and so happy to see you come out on the other side
I do think it's important to encourage people to be healthy, but there are definitely a lot of people that take it way way too far and encourage an unhealthy body in the opposite direction.
I can understand her mother being concerned seeing her daughter gaining weight (especially if she has a mental condition that affects her self-control), but those comments from viewers are downright appalling and those people don't deserve to live on this planet and consume resources that could go to actually decent people.
There's a difference between obese and thicc. Nothing wrong with being soft, but it's not good to promote an image that is detrimental to someone's health. She's still well within a healthy weight range, if she added another 40~ pounds you'd probably being hearing people chime in about health issues, which are legit. Why people get upset when the people around them clearly want what's best for them I'll never know, but telling someone who is severely overweight that they need to lose weight is no worse than telling a coke addict they need to quit coke. Both are behaviors that will shorten your life as well as greatly diminish the quality of your life.
You don't have to be a size 6 or whatever, just be healthy enough that basic things in life are challenges for you (if you struggle going up a flight of stairs, probably time to address priorities.

I don't know why she looks prettier and healthier now ! Her body is in the best shape and her face is so fresh
Because a full figure, full face looks healthier and better
Magazines messed us up. She looks her best now. When she got bigger she looked more and more vibrant.
If your body isn't getting what it needs it won't look healthy even if you are muscles on muscles.
Geez, nobody thinks she looked better leaner? Regardless, as long as she's healthy and happy that's the best.

Bella Clemencio Nah girl...that's bad advice. Every girl definitely does NOT need a yes-man in her life telling her a 10,000 calorie binge is okay, when she clearly has an eating disorder. I believe that would fit the definition of "enabler", hence, an unhealthy relationship.

I cried during this. I think I want to try- I don’t know if I’m ready yet nor do I know how to figure out if I am. Thanks for this video, Stephanie. I don’t want to take anything away from Stephanie with this comment because she really does deserve so much credit, but I also want to say that Jeff’s reactions and commentary are so helpful to hear and so loving and encouraging. Hearing that your significant other loves you no matter what you look or feel like is one thing, watching it be completely and entirely true is another.
I have such a girl crush on this woman. She's incredibly intelligent, kind, driven, and absolutely stunning!

You are such an inspiration ❤️❤️ I've followed your journey from the start (and before), and it's so moving to watch.
I'm so extremely happy for you ❤️❤️
Lol 😆. She is very girl crush-worthy.
Edit: Woman Crush is a better way of saying it. I agree with the other commenter.
And I have to add something that might be fucking rude and offensive but in order for me to realize that she’s just as human as I am, I needed to see her cry (last year) about how she felt.
Like she is so incredibly intelligent, kind and stunning, as you say, that it was hard for me to compare myself to her.
Now I just know that I am a piece of shit but that’s not the point.
She’s fucking awesome.
This shows that girls tend to go so hard on themselves. Like her .. looking so beautiful at every weight .. even she was upset ... every body is beautiful
That's sexist
But important to note that she’s happiest at her healthiest
@@talelravaui1356 How? its true yea men can be hard on their bodies but most of the time people see girls saying something about it but its not sexist. its just stereotypical but the stereotype is true
"every body is beautiful"
Don't lie.
@@jimraynor7788 What she meant was that every body is beautiful in it's own way, and just because your not somebody's 'Type' it doesn't mean that your not beautiful at all. I think that putting down people's body types can really impact their self image - something the beauty and cosmetic industry thrives off of.
However, I get what you mean about not all - i.e. those bodies that are severely over or under weight because it puts you at serious risk of all sorts of health problems. The mainstream media is to blame about sending such mixed messages about health and fitness - there is no 'one-size-fits-all' approach to it; you have to figure out what works for you using the science. :)
This is such a great use of the influence she has. She really impacted the fitness community in such a healthy way just by doing what was best for her. What a role model!
Thank you so much for doing this, and recording throughout your journey and sharing it on the internet. I can't even imagine how difficult it must have been! I have so much respect for you. This is what I believe in to be "healthy", not just look thinner on the outside but to be really comfortable with however you look. I wish that I can be as strong as you. You are an incredible person! I'm so glad I found you
What you don’t realize is, even if you lost the respect of the fitness side by going all in and gaining weight to fix your health, you gained an incredible amount of support from the eating disorder community. Even though you are different than us, you still had the same symptoms we have: extreme hunger, fear of gaining weight, amenorrhea, 24/7 food fixations, and a damaged metabolism.
I’m sure watching your journey has helped countless of sufferers into venturing out of their comfort zone and aiming towards recovery. 💜💚
That's the thing though .. She DID/DOES have an eating disorder. Even though she called it "Extreme hunger" it is an ED. She described feeling full but still wanting to eat and eat and eat and that is called bulimia. Could be exercise bulimia or just overeating bulimia. She also had anorexia where she was afraid to eat, gain weight and had amenorrhea.
Pink Rainbow no, she has disordered eating. She didn’t feel guilty for eating in excess and compensate by purging through exercise. Eating disorders and disordered eating are two completely different things. Unless using food as a coping mechanism, it’s not a diagnosable eating disorder.
Pink Rainbow regardless or whether she had one or not, it’s not your job nor is it appropriate for you to diagnose her. Steph has been so open and honest through her journey and many people have claimed she had an ED, so don’t you think she would have talked about that by now?
My_Butt I didn’t realize you were the original commenter. I very much agree with your original comment, but not with the bulimia part at all.
@@pinkrainbow4484 Eating disorders are mental illnesses. Steph's extreme hunger was completely physiological. Her wanting to "eat and eat" was her body's lack of hunger cues, not her mind telling her she needed to.
Can we just appreciate what an amazing supportive guy Jeff is. Husband material right there!
Yeah, my moral of the story was that every woman needs a Jeff.

What, you think he wants her to continue to eat and eat.......really???? Are you serious???

Lol, let's see the science, skinny and unhealthy, or fat and unhealthy. The science is in, the skinny people live longer and have less health problems. When you see an old person that is over 100.......they are never fat, the fat ones died off 35 years ago.
@@thailandtreats4816 your point would almost make sense if Stephanie was fat, but she isnt

Jamal Williams Let me be more clear...when she decided to stop extreme dieting for body building she would be heathy at that point...gaining 20+ pounds of fat at like 5’4 for a woman would make you obese...she said gaining the weight helped her mental health...that’s a dangerous statement bc 99% of people won’t gain 20 pounds of fat from excessive eating and feel good mentally...she has a PhD in cancer research not nutrition or physiology...did you see how I responded without insulting you even once, that’s what being mature and reasonable looks like...
@@jmorefit1 Yes, that´s correct. If her weight hasn´t been over about 65 kg, she wasn´t overweight. Her weight however could have been over that mark, without being overweight, because she still had a lot of muscle mass. Also, there are new studies that show that women who are slightly overweight live longer. Has something to do with hormones.
It is not as if she had a normal body beforehand and then gained 10 kg. She hardly had any fat on her body, which can be very unhealthy, as has been seen in her case.

You're the reason I started my ed recovery. I've had anorexia for almost 10 years and I'm getting better and better everyday. My hunger was really extreme in the begining (I'm talking about 10-12 000 calories a day) becuase I lost half of my body weight during my ed. My hunger is normalizing, I eat between 2000-4000 calories a day and I love my body. Yes I did gain weight. wow, this is one of the most amazing stories I've heard on UA-cam, or anywhere. Thank you for being brave enough to share all this. It's powerful stuff.
She is so gorgeous. Women naturally store more fat, her old body was not maintainable long term. There are so many women out there that need to hear this. You do not have to have abs, or be a size 0 to be considered “fit”. This is truly inspiring, and she looks healthier than ever, inside and out!
amen to that
Thank you for this comment. You literally made me cry.
If everyone thought like this though...
@DeadLittlePunkDoll Why? A size 0 implies maintaining a weight below what is natural and healthy for your body, doesn't it? The body is supposed to carry a certain amount of fat. That seems more like an aesthetic desire than someone genuinely healthy- it seems like the opposite.
@DeadLittlePunkDoll Many people shouldn't strive to be size 0 for that reason. You can shrink body fat, b ut that doesn't shrink your wide hips or huge glutes for example.
It’s so sad how body image really affects us. I can’t imagine having an entire platform of people watching my entire journey, especially one like this. I think Stephanie is really strong, brave, and just an all around good person. Honestly those people online who made fun and called her names are just negative, insecure people who have some sort of deep seated hatred within themselves.
I'm honestly disappointed in steph for letting it bother her so much... I've always respected her because she wasn't just a stereotypical "fit chick" with no credentials but ever since the all in journey, seems like all her posts are either whining about how she looks, or loving the way she looks.
She made it very clear at the start that the goal was just to be healthier but it seems like now, she's just focused on looking good like most other fitness "influencers"
Basically what I'm saying is she's drifted away from health above all else by constantly letting the way she perceives her looks to affect whether or not she wanted to continue with a healthy process.
Diu she wouldn’t be human if she wasn’t upset at times. This society, no matter how strong you are, has the insane ability to dwell into our psyche to beat down on what a perfect woman should look like. I think it’s great that Stephanie was able to be so honest with us. It’s so much more refreshing than just pretending that this was easy.
I can't imagine how hard it must be either. I've gained like 8 pounds this year and I was scared to go out and see like, the 10 people I know, can't even picture how I would feel showing such a difficult journey to millions of strangers

“It’s like Stephanie’s been stuck in a suuuuper long Snickers commercial and no one could give her a Snickers” 🤣🤣🤣 best analogy!!
@Ophelia Me too hahah
Jeff is 11/10 best boyfriend, the man is too good for this world
I mean, he is Canadian 😂😂
Feels like a weird assumption for someone you literally do not know... That's like teenager level naivety.
@@GlaciusDreams I think it's a fair assumption. Even now as an adult, I give people the benefit of the doubt.
From a womans perspective I think Jeff is a good supportive/understanding guy. I think back to men I've dated who would have flipped if I decided to do an "All In" diet. It would have caused issues in the relationship if my body changed.
@@byebyegoogle9246 I'm sorry you went through that.
Jeff's follower here. I've been deeply moved by this amazing life changing leap of faith where a certain truth is talking us more than every limiting believes that surround us we have to detach from. I'm very proud of you. I'm glad you documented it and shared it for others to see it and be inspired. It is not only a story of hunger and appearance. It is a story of listening to ourselves and to trust our natural side and our body. It knows the way when we can get out of the self too. And certainly a story of letting go getting to the right side of us eventually and bounding with it.
I just wish everybody could see this video.. we need to stop putting so much pressure on how we look and rather focus on our happiness! Being skinny isnt gonna get you far in life if you arent happy and actually experiencing life in the best ways with your own body
I pretty much never comment but this is worth making an exception. I'm a guy. I've never had an eating disorder. I've never been very lean or obese. I've never had to deal with backlash on social media. I could not personally relate to your struggles and yet this video nearly moved me to tears. I love your openness and am grateful for the role model you are to young girls and women. Keep doing what you're doing, Stephanie. You have my utmost respect.
This is so cute 🥺
Ur hands dwn the best comment
Nice champ
I was thinking about what to say and read your comment Ingo and you say it all. I'm so glad a man can understand what a big, big deal this is for women - normal women, let alone anyone in the public eye. I eat less at the weekend to keep slim, no dinner tonight so I can have a drink without feeling guilty about the calories. My fiancé loves me regardless, the pressure comes from advertising and social media. Stephanie is incredibly, incredibly brave and resilient putting her head above the parapet on this issue. Huge respect.
You're a gentleman omg
This could be a Netflix documentary I'm so glad and proud u did it and sucess!! 👏👏
Yuhui's life it really could!! So amazing
YES YES YES. It would help SO many people!! I have definitely been there with the crazy appetite, it felt like my stomach was a black hole!! It's the most uncontrollable hunger I have ever felt in my life. I was restricting and not eating anywhere near enough! It’s like your body forces you to start eating like crazy to catch up. It took me a year for the "empty pit" feeling to go away after I stopped restricting, working out like crazy, and started eating a lot. I had a lot of bloating issues too just because I am tiny and I was eating like crazyy to satisfy my hunger. But that went away after about a year too. Now I still eat a lot more than normal but my appetite has definitly stabilized more and I no longer feel like im constantly starving! This is why its not good to be exteme with anything. Balance is key!
Yess hope there’s a way we can help in this. Stephanie saved my life i went all in with her!!
A Human yes same here !! I am "all in" now since 1 year, too, and glad that I found stephanies channel right after the beginning of my decision to eat more..! First I wanted to try eating a few hundred calories more but mostly clean. But then I found her and her interview with dr. rinaldi I went "all in" with all foods I wanted to eat... a lot of "healthy" (tons of porridge, sweet potatoe, avocado and olive oil..) also not so "clean" foods (chocolate and a lot of pasta, butter and toast) and this was the best decision.
Today my hunger cues are most of the time "normal" I eat 2500 to 3000 calories every day now and want to continue because my hunger is still a good amount higher than from others but for me it's the lowest hunger I've ever experienced since beginning with this journey.. I think stephanies experience and dr. rinaldis advice is helping a lot of women and even men... I don't know what I would do without stephanie.. ❤️
Yes!
Thanks for posting this!! Turns out that I accidentally did a similar process! After losing weight I just ate whatever I wanted and now it seems my body is getting better and better at processing hunger cues. Seeing the weight gain was a struggle but glad you’re seeing the positives too!!
It is incredible that you did this and even more so that you are open about your journey. Thank you for sharing. I've struggled with various ED's over time and seeing somebody be honest about their journey with food is super helpful. Such a well made video.
This is wayyyy better than watching someone’s losing weight journey and dieting and working out
I agree, being yourself. Vulnerable to emotions is truly good sharing stuff
Definitely true
So true!
Of course its wayy better, its much better seeing weak people like you giving up to their addictions and relate.
How about keep it together, do reverse dieting for couple of months and stay lean while doing that, instead of gaining fat like a whale and hope the body will fix itself one day?
Talk about yo yo dieting.....
Yoni R i get what you mean but the way you worded that was... kinda harsh
This is the type of fitness influencers we need! I know this has been said a thousand times but for me it is really important to thank you stephanie!!! You are a true inspiration, what you've been doing is changing the lives of so many people who struggle with eating disorders like me. Tracking your journey in such an open way is an act of bravery, even if for some people it might sound like an exageration, for somebody who lives and works in the fitness community, doing what you did is not easy. Thank you stephanie!! You are so real and genuine with your videos, this is what youtube needs nowadays!!
❤️❤️❤️
I absolutely love this video. I am so sorry you had to endure the poor comments from people online and those that are close to you. This video is super inspiring and helpful to me. I’m glad that you stuck with it! Thanks for all your content!! ❤️
This is my fav video! I’ve watched it countless times. So informative and comforting to know that this process is worth it. Thank you for sharing your journey x It’s helped me so much.
I hope this healthy weight gain becomes a trend in the fitness community. Too many eating orders and anorexics disguised at fitness influencers.
A lot of anorexics trade in their eating phobia into lifting weights and “eating healthy” and being super lean. It’s not healthy just like being overweight isn’t either.
It’s time we focus on true health.
tbh this isnt healthy weight gain. Her heaviest weight is unhealthy.
@@DiegoLastres Her heaviest weight was temporary; this process is how her body has come to settle where it's healthy.
@@DiegoLastres Also, check back in the video, where that doctor talked about people being healthy at different weights.
I totally agree! I couldn't find really much about gaining weight and muscle. Majority is about staying lean, but alot of us suffer with being too light
@@DiegoLastres You really didn't get the message...smh
Anyone else feeling insanely emotional and proud watching Stephanie through this insane journey? We knew you could do it! ✨🥳
Yup. Couldn't keep the tears back. But I am happy for her and can't wait to see her continue her journey.
Ok so I’m not the only one tearing up 😭😭😭
Yes 🥺
so happy for her! 💗
I’m not crying, you’re crying 😭 Go Steph Go!!! 🥳👍🏼💗
You are so gorgeous. You can not let anyone comment on all of your hard work. No ONE is perfect! I struggled with gastro issues that caused me more than a 20 lb weight gain within a month.Working on it now. And my average weight is only around 135. Subscribed to see all of your more positive vibes!
Thank you so so so much for sharing this. I’m on a journey of “anti dieting” and allowing my body and metabolism to recover and I was MOVED by your story. You’re also so authentic, articulate, and warm. I relate to so many of the moments you shared from your journey. This has really given me so much hope and encouragement ❤️
XO from a fellow female scientist
😂 love that she listed the people's screen names that were calling her fat.
Bastardssss
Tiannah M Greg Doucette was especially rude in his video, normally like him so that was a shame to see
Jon Jimothy it’s called honesty
FFTuk I appreciate and value honesty, but there is also manners. calling someone a pig repeatedly, just unnecessarily rude
@FFTuk well noone has any business calling someone on the internet fat. That person's fatness isn't affecting you in any way so if you go out of your way to call someone fat that just goes to show how sadistic you are that you are calling someone something for hurting them.
I love that you destroyed the box that you were in. This is what the fitspo industry needs. REAL. Fake is so common and unrelatable. We are so influenced by the media that seeing all those tiny girls all wearing gymshark outfits and full faces of makeup to go workout, is not the kind of influence women need. I really appreciate your vulnerability and strength in this journey. It takes a lot of courage to do what you did. I have so much MORE respect for you for being yourself. By the way you look amazing and not like you are starving anymore. Absolutely stunning.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Perfect comment. 💕
I love your phraseology, destroyed the box you were in!!
What an amazing journey! Good for you. So refreshing to see someone in fitness showing their health journey, with a goal to just be healthy and happy! That's what it's all about. A good relationship with your food, your body and yourself!
This was excellent . . . You are so brave to have done this. You look amazing, beautiful, healthy. As someone how struggles with her weight (wanting it to go down) I’ve never thought of what it would be like to need or want to gain. This was amazing.
God really said: Brains, Beauty and a stunning Personality for this one
Stephanie is a fake. She photoshops and lies about a lot of things. She restricted and binged and CLEARLY had an eating disorder but doesn’t admit to it. Don’t take her dangerous advice on dieting. Seek professional help instead. Read the truth about Stephanie here: www.reddit.com/r/xxfitness/comments/fef83g/thoughts_on_stephanie_buttermores_all_in_journey/?
@Naomi Nguyen I can see why you may think this, but there’s no reason for you to shade such a strong woman for something you have no evidence on. Do you live with her? see what her life is like behind the camera? no. don’t spread non-evidence based remarks and random reddit articles when you don’t know plain facts 😉 have a great day :))
@@noyonika3415 I mean she is shouting off the roofs about her looks and intelligence. I have nothing against people who are generally good looking, fit and intelligent at the same time. But I have more respect for people who only have 1 of those things and are modest about it. Not admitting and lying about your mental health is a huge problem. It won´t go away if you don´t look at it. Her ways of eating were never healthy and shouldn´t be taken as an example. It has become common for people to justify cheat days. This is bad and should be changed.
``Naomi Nguyen Oh, would you rather her use a Snapchat filter to change how she looks?
@@misshangvu you tried sending a reddit post as evidence? that's all opinionated stuff my guy. i didn't see any screenshots or anything of value. also she doesn't really tell people to do this? she's just documenting what she's doing for herself.
Jeff is the sweetest boyfriend ever ! You’re so blessed both of you are incredible people!
manlet of peace
He's gorgouse 😁
Just wanted to say thank you. Haven’t been following you but came across this video and found myself in tears at several points. As someone who is healing her own relationship with food, so much of this resonated with me. I’m so happy for you and you’ve given me more hope that the kind of freedom, acceptance, and happiness isn’t so out of reach. Wishing you all the best.
This is one of the most impactful videos I have ever seen! I appreciate you sharing this journey so much!!! This takes hella strength
she literally had an eating disorder and people were constantly commenting on her weight.. so stupid. those comments could have been incredibly harmful to a less strong individual.
I've been in recovery for three years and still fall back into restriction anytime someone comments on my weight. people need to mind their own business.
Exactly. They think they’re doing something when they say “omg she’s obese now” “okay go ahead, eat urself to obesity” when she was killing her body to stay that lean. They need to check THEIR facts of what’s healthy and what isnt
@@amandamysong preach
@maccajoe - She didn't go to another extreme weight wise. People were just so used to seeing her so small for so long that when she started to gain weight they thought she was obese because they weren't used to seeing her at that size. Yes, she did overeat at points during this journey, but she tried to maintain a more well-balanced diet and consult her physician along the way.
@maccajoe Hello, did you miss the part where she said that she's losing weight?
@maccajoe the other extreme was recovery.
Living on 3 hrs of sleep and 900 calories PLUS working out and an intense job? Oof. I could never.
ikr cancer research?? dmn dude
She is the epitome of self discipline leading to success
Pure adrenaline at that point
Monica Gomez she was an example of everything that's messed up in the modern world. Now, she looks better, feels better and it shows. Starving, sleep deprived and stressed is not anyone's best self.
And you SHOULD never! :)
Thank you for being a brave woman and sharing your story . It really helps those going through the same thing who feel alone in this difficult journey.
Much respect ❤️
So much of this whole topic ties into self worth 💖💖 thank you sharing something so scary and vulnerable with us, it had really helped so many
Tell me why she looks like a natural Kim Kardashian.
Ana Chiyo she looks like the twin of kourtney kardashian
she does look like Kim K, but i'm not sure abt the natural part lmao
Bc the Kardashians are not human, man, they arent one of us, she is.
Exactly

The breakdowns because of gaining weight reminds me of my journey of recovery after anorexia.. Yeah I felt that
Same girl it's so overwhelming giving up control

Fuck same trying not to cry. Unbelievable how hard other people are when it comes to weight gain ...
I’m there too
Steph! You look incredibly healthy and glowy. I stepped away from fitness for a few years and have now come back to eating and moving with positive intention. This inspired me so much and I am so proud of you.
Stephanie, what an amazing journey! You are incredibly strong and brave to take on this self-transformation and share it on UA-cam. This video is inspiring and refreshing to see. I can see in your video that you are beautiful, smart, brave, disciplined, and really an optimistic person. I love your positive energy! I am sorry you suffered such criticism at times and hateful remarks from some of your audience, but I am glad you had support around you and you persevered with your decision despite your doubts and fears. You look incredible and you have healed and improved your health in so many ways. Thanks for putting out this video!
When she said “the idea of healthy equals a look is really problematic. Healthy equals functioning. And that comes in any size and shapes.” That hits me hard
Jessica du 237 this desperately needs to be taught in schools. For some reason this message is so difficult for many to understand, which leads to majority of women developing some form of an eating disorder in their lives.
As soon as she said that I literally teared up.
Eddie Avinashi it depends on what is classified as overweight. A healthy weight is different for each individual. Stephanie is currently at her healthy weight but some would try and tell her she’s overweight when really she was more at risk when she was her weight a year ago. It’s all about making the healthiest choices for your own body.
Eddie Avinashi Healthy weight is considered “fat” in our society. You have to have a flat belly or abs in order to be healthy.
it doesnt come in any size and shape but does come in many size and shape. healthy absolutely does have a look in the same way that unhealthy has a look. theres just not a single look for either.
Stephanie thiccc with ab lines! Looking better than ever, eating well, staying warm, inspiring others??!! Yesss Steph we stand behind you and we love you thank you for this
Right! She's thick with abs, 100% goals!
I don’t know if you’ll see this but I come back and watch this often. It really helps me stick to health instead of focusing on aesthetics and diet culture. You are a true inspiration 😊✨✨✨ love all the way from Kenya 🇰🇪 💗
I can’t get over how supportive Jeff is ❤️ so sweet and rare. I’m sure it made a world of a difference to have your S/O in your corner calling you beautiful

Good luck babe xx
you're going to do amazing!! even if you have some hiccups along the way. health will be worth it all
I had/have Binge ED. What she did is exactly what my dietician recommended. “Give yourself freedom” basically. You will get there! It’s HARD! But you can do it! Don’t give up!

@HenriK Hald Wow imagine being an adult that's proud of belittling someone. You're pathetic
I'm so glad that Stephanie had Jeff during her "All In" journey, especially when so many people criticized her. He is so sweet towards her. When he said "I still thought you looked beautiful at this time" my heart melted!! He's a keeper for sure!!
Wow girl you went through a lot in a year. I sincerely hope you get your appetite and your weight in a healthy range. You doing this at a young age is to your advantage. This journey has to be hard for you emotionally and physically but if it's what you have to do to get yourself straighten out then, I support you all the way! You go girl. Get healthy and be happy with whatever weight you feel comfortable with. Love and peace to you ❣️
What a beautiful journey. This inspired me to no end. I have been on the struggle bus big time! I am going ALL in!!!

So so greatful for my fertility 💛
Jeff is legitimately the sweetest.❤️ Every woman needs a Jeff in their life.😊
Time to clone Jeff
I don't normally comment on videos but this was really amazing. I am a personal trainer and used to compete and then had 2 children and gained heaps of weight and have had issues with food and training ever since basically because having been super fit and then having a normal body it can be hard to adjust. I was body shamed when I went back to the gym to work and just never got my mojo back. I honestly wish more people would do this and go into intuitive eating. Thank you so much for your video!
