Joni I once read that she does intermittent fasting. So she might have 2-3 big meals a day. And maybe a snack or so. Don’t know how much her caloric intake is on a normal day. No guarantee though.

If you watch her vids from the last year or so, she talks about going "all in," where she significantly increases her caloric intake in order to fix her unusually huge appetite.

I just want to say something to everyone in the comments saying her cheat days are going to lead or promote binge eating and ED.
Stephanie is NOT recommending to anyone to eat like she does, or saying that you can’t enjoy yourselves on a regular day. But she is a fitness persona, and to reach the goals she want to reach, she needs to eat a surtain way on normal days. And yes, maybe incorporating a donut or a small “unhealthy” snack every day wont make that big of a difference, but this is what works for her. She prefers having a big cheat day once in a while, and that is how she handles cravings and appetite. Please respect that. If you can’t handle these videos, maybe this isn’t the video you should watch. She is very clear in the title what it’s about.

I read that women can have reproductive problems if they get too low a body fat
I also read that men can have reproductive problems if they get low a body fat too

After a cheat day... You usually feel like crap. So that basically enables you to eat healthier.

its_n No thirteen-year-old needs 3,000 calories a day unless he or she is super active. I know athletes who eat less than you do.
Gail A. oml I was joking 😂 but no I probably do eat around 3,000 calories a day because I am active and I’m vegan so I eat more. Also I had an eating disorder so I have a meal plan which causes me not to under eat like I used to. But my comment was supposed to be a joke lol.
I love how Stephanie shows us how to live a balanced life, she works hard in the gym, takes 10,000 steps a day, eats healthy nutrient dense foods on her normal days , and then allows herself a once in a while cheat day and it’s perfect ! Sustainably healthy living ❤️

I'd love to see an in depth analysis of these cheat days now that you've been doing them for almost a year. I remember in the beginning you would take your blood pressure and other vitals before and after, but seems like you only measure weight now which doesn't tell much about body composition. Just curious how it's affecting you long term. Do you feel your training suffers or is the same since you've switched to lower calories most days and then a huge surplus a couple times a month?
I am also very curious if these cheat days (once a week or 3 times a month) are having any long term effects on her body such as an increase in resting blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose levels. I understand she works very hard and these cheat days may not effect her physique but with the large quantities she is consuming there must be some sort of negative effect. In one cheat day she is consuming as much unhealthy, high fat, high sugar foods as some consume in a week or even longer.
Her body composition has definitely changed for the worse, as restricting on training days doesn’t do anything for muscle growth and binging on a day when you train doesn’t do much since only a small percentage of the caloric surplus can be used for muscle growth. It’s pretty evident, just compare how her shoulders looked two years ago vs now, for example.
I had watched this video before you went all in then I watch it again 🤦♀️and my perception about a healthy life completely changed👌 you did accomplish something beautiful you changed your way to live and this isn’t easy but that is an inspiration for all of us ❤️thanks

It's so interesting how people make comments about her faking eating or profiting from/promoting eating disorders but no one complains when "The Rock" posts his epic cheat meals on IG. Or when Matt Stonie completes a challenge. 🤔
Matt Stonie is a beast, and he wins competitions, so I think people don't question him so much. But many other competitive eaters and mukbang-ers are accused of faking it all the time, male or female.
The Rock doesn't allow himself to do a cheat day. He eats only one meal at the end of the day and that's it. He doesn't play with his hormones, especially insulin by eating junk the whole day. And doesn't promote any disorders since it's only a one meal and people who diet, if they do exactly the same as rock, don't do much damage to themselves neither physical nor psychological.

He doesnt starve himself 6 days of the week & then binge on the 7th like Stephanie. I used to really enjoy her videos and ideas until I saw her, "what I eat in a normal day," videos and realized she never eats. Rice cakes with lettuce doesn't truly constitute as a meal. She has an "appetite" as large as she does because she usually eats nothing.

I was delighted to see this video! Omg! Ben and Jerry’s is awesome-their nondairy PB and Cookies flavor as well as their PB half-baked and Cinnabuns ice creams are the best. Next time, I recommend trying some different cuisines. Great way to branch out-you have to try Indian food, Chinese food, and some delicious cake for dessert!!

Lots of water, and save sugar sugar meals for a day of her week. I also think it’s hereditary, some skins aren’t prone to breaking out because they don’t secrète as many oils as others.
well she is insanely healthy like 80-90% of the time it seems, and a stereotype but man asian people have such amazing hair and skin so maybe its genetic lol

I have clear soft skin and I'm addicted to sweets, have zero skincare routine and sleep with my makeup on all the time. Meanwhile my poor friend has an extensive skincare routine but will break out with spots that scar if she eats sugar or keeps her makeup on for too long.
