    You can make nut flour out of your leftover grinds - use it for pancakes, muffins etc.

    I have some brazil nuts in the cabinet because they are full of selenium. I eat one daily. Your video inspired me to make brazil nut and hemp milk with some sea moss. Yummers!

    1. For how long must I soak the brazil nuts?
    2. Is the training part really necessary...? I do not have a fabric to do that... What can I do instead? Can I not just drink it the way it is out of the blender?

    • @MrFooChops
      @MrFooChops 7 років тому

      SuperChestnutGirl You dont need to use dates if you dont want, its just used to sweeten the nut milk up IF you like it sweeter, ive been told u can also use agave / maple syrup or possibly even figgs instead of almonds, basically whatever will sweeten it :) just dont obviously use any bee vommit *cough* honey!

    I love your videos but organic fruits and vegetables can often be so incredibly expensive in the US. Do you have any tips for budgeting for a vegan life and what do you buy when you want to eat well but money is tight?
    Also, what kinds of staple appliances/storage containers do you love and recommend for quick and easy meal prep for vegans?
    Love your channel! Keep going!

    I'm trying Brazil nut milk here. Just a handful in quart jar of filtered water and heating in microwave and let sit awhile to soften. I just want to try it plain and unsweetened...maybe add pinch of salt. Brazil nits have so many nutritional properties
