Maybe its the recipes you picked that were light on seasonings because i tried them for about 8 weeks last year to learn new recipes and everything I picked and tried were very seasoned and delicious!

Water in the pan will help with searing if you don’t want to use oil… I know it’s weird lol but it works and less calories lol

I know this a crazy question lol, but what water do you drink? Is it tap, boiled water or bottled water and if it’s bottled can you recommend what brand? I’m very picky about water but also want to know the healthiest(ph) water that’ll help my body be energized with the meals I eat instead of it fighting each other. I hope it make sense and not me overthinking it😅 but please make an video to my comment I know it may not be high requested yet helpful🙏🏽
