Women are deficient in their intelligence and in their religion Women’s intellectual deficiency is stated by Muhammad based on the fact it is written in the Koran that a woman’s testimony is worth only half of that of a man. The defect in religion lies in the fact that women during their menstruation may neither fast nor pray: see Hadith 1.6.301 of Bukhari Abu Said Al-Khudri has handed down to us: “... I have not seen anyone with a greater deficiency in intelligence and religion than you. A prudent and reasonable man can be led astray b y some of you." The women asked , "O Allah's Apostle! What is the defect in our intelligence and our religion?" He told them, "Is the testimony of two women not equal to that of one man?" They affirmed this. He said, "This is the defect in her intelligence. Is it not true that a woman is not allowed to pray or fast during her menstruation?" The women affirmed this. He said, "This is the defect in her religion." “ 2. Hell is mainly populated by women According to Muhammad, women run a greater risk of going to Hell since they are always uttering curses and prove constantly ungrateful towards their husbands: see Hadith 1.6.301 of Bukhari: Abu Said Al-Khudri has handed down to us: “One time, Allah's Apostle went to the Musalla for prayers at the sugar fest or the festal offering. Then did he pass the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of those that inhabit the hellfire are you (women)." They asked, "Why is that so, O Allah's Apostle ?" He replied, "You are constantly uttering curses and prove yourselves ungrateful to your husbands. ..." “ Hadith 7.62.125 of Bukhari takes it still one step further and says that women are never satisfied: ”...Even after being good to any one of them throughout your entire life, when you happen once to deal harshly with her, she will say, "I have never experienced anything good from you." That Hell is primarily peopled with women is endlessly repeated, amongst others in the following Hadiths of Bukhari: 2.18.161, 2.24.541, 4.54.464, 7.62.124, 7.62.126. It was the same at the time of Muhammad, and Aisha, his child-bride, expressed herself very critically about that: see Hadith 1.9.490 of Bukhari 'Aisha has handed down to us: “Before my time facts were mentioned that cancel prayers. They said, "Prayers are cancelled by a dog, a donkey, and a woman (when they are passing in front of people engaged in prayers)." I said, "You have turned us (the women) into dogs. I saw the Prophet in prayer while I was lying in bed between him and the Qibla (direction of Mecca). When I needed something I slipped away since I did not want to pass in front of his face." 4. Misfortune lies in a house, a horse, and a woman According to Muhammad, women, houses, and horses are evil signs and anounce the coming of misfortune: see Hadith of Bukhari 7.62.30, 7.62.31 and 7.62.32 and the following Hadith 26.5526 of Muslim: 'Umar b. Muhammad b. Zaid has handed down to us he heard his father tell that Ibn 'Umar heard it that Allah’s Messenger (may Peace be upon him) said: “when misfortune is a fact, then seek it in the horse, the woman, and the house.” 5. But if ye decide to take one wife in place of another, even if ye had given the latter a whole treasure for dower, Take not the least bit of it back: Would ye take it by slander and manifest wrong? It does appears that a man can exchange his wife for another, if he so “desires”. Aside from the legal implication (this verse once again confirms that a man can divorce his wife for no reason at all), this Koran verse is, according to Muslims, the literal word of Allah, and particularly insulting to the woman. 6. Because women is so beautiful creation she can't be ignored by men But a guy can be ignored not only by girls but also boys If your mom is going on the street and 15 men are staring at here private parts i will definitely not feel good In Hijab people respect you and you're confident that nobody can see you And it feels like a superpower of somewhat invisibility 😂
I`m not a Muslim or a believer in anything but I really appreciate your approach giving men the same responsibility as women which I think is very rare in Muslim culture.
It's not rare it's part of islam. My father and brother used to do household work whenever I busy in my study. They never call me to do this. Means my father and brother both help ladies of house in household work and also work outside for their livelihood.
Yeah, that part is quite rare among muslim communities. But still covering hair/head is not mandatory in Islam. Check this in youtube: What the Quran Says About Hijab | NOT What the Scholars Say
@@siimply_mee why don't you go ahead and check the names of Quran ;) You know the god has 99 names, Esma-ül Hüsna. Both of them refer to God's Sunnah and God's Hadith. There is no such thing as prophet Muhammad's Hadith or prophet Muhammad's Sunnah. Most the Muslims fail to realize that following words other than that of God is defined in the Quran as idolatry (6:19)."
Modesty isn't just how you dress it's also how you act. If you are rude, obnoxious, nosy (asking questions you know will make people uncomfortable), cocky etc., then it doesn't matter what you're wearing that stuff is not modest, beautiful or elegant. Edit: For anyone who didn't understand, I'm NOT saying you shouldn't follow Allah's command and wear hijab if you're an unkind person. I saying that when you put on the hijab, you're not just putting on clothes, you're putting on your best most purest self. I wear the hijab BTW. Edit 2 for the hostile feminists in the replies🤦: Where in my comment did I say that men shouldn't adopt the same thing? Yes, men should be modest and have a good character. No one said that they shouldn't. It's almost 2023! Why every single time there is advice targeted to women everyone wants to say "what about men"?
still better to wear hijab bc it is mandatory i wouldn’t wanna die while disobeying Allah woman who refuse to wear hijab are actually disobeying him and they will get there due judgement for it just Allahs creation can’t punish her for it bc they are not Allah
same with men to bc they was actually mentioned first they need to not look at woman or touch them and they also need to dress modestly bc they are also disobeying Allah if they do the opposite to
Mufti Menk is 100% correct. I am Christian but cover completely. For 11 years, I have worn abaya and hijab, but about two years ago, I began to be led to increase my modesty. After long thought and prayer about it, I began wearing niqab as well about a year and a half ago and I feel very blessed and protected. Lady Miriam is a model for modesty for Christian ladies. In Eastern Orthodoxy, she is depicted showing only her face and hands. She wears what amounts to a hijab cap, hijab and abaya. I am a recluse by nature and I love that veiling completely allows me to maintain purdah. We are few in number, but some Christian ladies who cover completely, I hope more will join us. Modesty truly is beautiful.
Mufti Mink is actually a 100% incorrect! Why? You have completely gave your power away by believing a lie to be the only truth. Wearing a hijab or covering your body parts is a total submission to religious rules (imposed upon women by men) and indocrtrination. You have been brainwashed, manipulated and lied to (Dajjal) because of your own free will choice to follow the strict rules of your religion which has taken away not only your freedom but also the human right of being respected and accepted as Allah's perfect creation and not to be treated like a doormat on which everyone can step on to suit their own needs. I strongly recommend you to follow the voice of your heart because that is where Allah's love is hidden. Allah gave you brain to think so use it because when someone gives you the wrong advice you will be the only one who will have to face its consequences. Take off that hijab and start helping the poor. Modesty is represented in selfless acts of kindness and compassion. Do it from your heart and not just because someone commanded you to do so or you will fail miserably this life lesson, which your Soul chose to learn from for its own personal development.
Our hijab distinguishes us from the rest of the world's dress code! We represent islam and do it modestly. Most of us are proud to be a Muslima! I am🤍🖤

i really love hijab , hijab helped me feel myself , god helped me , i really love hijab even us christians orthodox in my country we wear hijab and i think jewish also does i love your religion its very beautiful religion may allah/god bless you all
Please could you tell me which country you are from? This is the first time I have heard of Christian women wearing hijab and niqab in this day and age (I know this was done previously, 50-100+ years ago in many Christian communities since the time of Jesus and before PBUH). I would really like to learn about the Christian women in communities today that wear hijab and even niqab. Which country/countries does this happen in? Thank you
I don't wear a hijab to value my person: l live without a hijab: my attitudes and lifestyle, l show in my presence, how l talk and what l talk about and how l speak to other people : to becareful what comes from my heart through my mouth. It's NOT what goes in my mouth, but what comes out of it. I am a child of God, my life, the way l live everyday represents God on earth. To Love everybody as l Love myself. No amount of clothing will cover evil. But love will cover everything and everyone.

I just rewatched this, Mufti Menk and I am glad to see that you say that men have their hijab and you lay out how it should be done. So many think hijab is only for the ladies, but it is for both.
There is Always ,Always an automatic perception that Hijaab relates to females ONLY ! This is because the males and females too emphasise the female hijaab . How about MORE people emphasising ..just as mufti menk has .. the GREAT IMPORTANCE of men observing their hijaab
Only the gods' families could have afforded the hijab and nikab during the time when all gods, including Allah, were said to preach their respective ideas, when most people used to walk around naked or in very minimal clothing.

Exactly I support this but at the same time they should not be forced to take it off. What Women everywhere in the world want is choice, choice to do whatever they want with their body and that choice should be respected.
well a point where most people and even Muslims are misunderstood that's when we say that Allah in Quran said to women to cover themselves up according to a particular dress code and with it he said to men to lower the gaze. So you'er telling me that women are allowed to gaze anywhere anyone even it's na-mehram(which is a point for lowering gaze) and that men can wear anything, anywhere. The level of modesty is same for both the genders because if you don't lower your gaze you can have fitnah in mind regardless of gender, and dress code is also for both genders because if we're saying only men have to lower gaze and there's no dress-code for them then they can wear anything and women can have evil regarding the na-mehram.....So what I'm trying to say is Lowering Gaze and following a modest dress code is the responsibility of both the genders, but due to our culture who's oppressive towards Female their deen comes to a completion after restricting women from working.doing makeup and women's dress code because all they know is to police women about what they're wearing and how they're wearing but not see what gender roles they are pushing. I hope my point is clear and especially when we say Muslims have to attain high levels of modesty that doesn't defines women only or men only it's said Muslims

Never should we force it among them, they should be allowed to take it off whenever they want.
Assalamualaikum who are reading this... I am going to share something that I have experienced and experiencing so far. When I get to an interview, Some recruiters does not allow me in to their company..because I am following my hijab to every interview. Some selected me in first round then give hopes that I am t going to be selected. But in second round they easily rejects me.. I got so depressed and hopeless. The muslim girls who are around me not following hijab or anything gets easily selected. Even my non muslim friends who have seen my confidence infront of the interviewer told me that I am very confident and great. I have cried a lot and lot. But something got clicked in my mind, that Allah has taken every opportunity just to watch me and as well as to protect me. And my ulterior motive is Jannah..Just I want Jannah not this world. So I stopped crying and started to believe more and more. I hope the one who have experienced and going to experience this type of situation, do not left the hijab for even it is a billion or trillion dollars. We need the Jannah which has infinite value compared to this duniya
Absolutely my dear, our goal is enter in Jannah where we are able to see Our Lord our Merciful Lord Allah Almighty. You will get the position which is Allah preserve for you , In Sha Allah .
W.salam, Surely there is bias against all things Muslim and frankly it is not one sided ! However I donot agree with your ultimate objective of Jannah. It can be a desire for all Muslims but not our right. Only Allah knows who will go to Jannah. And again the concept of Jannah is quite abstract. We do not know in what form Jannah exists. The concept of Hijab is also not fixed in concrete, it varies. There is a dress code and then a frame of mind, both are vital.
Covering you hair does not make you a good Muslim only what is in you heart does. Allah is the only one who knows what resides inside you. Modesty is the key for both men and women.
You can look nice in modest clothing, and that’s literally the whole point, you’re beauty must remain undiscovered by those who are not permissible to you such as strangers and men that are not your immediate family
Allah didn’t tell Muslim women to wear what called a hijab nowadays. It’s the interpretation of one Aya in surat noor, mixed with cultural customs. Allah asked for modesty not total covering.
Yes exactly we need correct teachings of Quran and Hadith. Not the feeling of some Mufti or Maulana who inteprete his own ideology as one of Quran and Hadith. Bcuz bs of this moron people is causing many young Muslims to go away from the religion. @@shahidachoudhury6925 also, i don't want people to stare at me, that's why i don't adorn that typical head covering. And when i cover my head it is as normal as any non muslim would do like a cap or a hoodie.
Safety, dude. I mean, if i wear some clothes whatever it looks it is my choice. Cloths are not changing me as me anyway. People are modest or not as they are, not from what they wear. And someone can like my choice, can dislike, but it's their mind and it should not be my problem. But it happens to a lot of things actually, you can be punished even for wrong color of your backpack. Or for having backpack. It is not because of you having a backpack, it is because someone might decide that something wrong with you having backpack, and punish you for having backpack. That sucks. Fun fact: you know there was 'hijabs' almost in every culture but they looked very different as clothes yet had the same meaning as barrier? I find it pretty cool.

Muhammad said women are deficient of mind. If they pluck their eyebrows they are cursed! Read the Sahih Hadith! The evidence for that is the hadith of ‘Abd-Allah ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: “Allah has cursed the woman who does tattoos and the one who has them done, the woman who plucks eyebrows (al-namisah) and the one who has it done (al-mutanammisah), and the one who files her teeth for the purpose of beauty, altering the creation of Allah.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 5931; Muslim, 2125)
I really like how it states that hijab is for both women and men. And the way that it is explained is like a team works with respect as identifying featured, not forced respect but a natural and modest respect. These words soothed my soul, Im going to show this to my wife and daughter.

@@StMatt007 well friend. It has been some time since I have reviewed these things. I would suggest you seek understanding, even in the Hadith you just displayed. While many things are forgivable, have you ever stopped to look at the women who currently practice these things? I can agree with Muhammad who says the woman is deficient in mind but did you ever question why she is deficient? Another great being said we are born into iniquity. The woman is easier to be manipulated because she wants to help and please man. She is not deficient to her own fault but by the fault of the men who run the world and create the perceived image of woman. If we lived in a world where women could show their faces without perversion by both other men and women then we would be in a more righteous world. But we live in a covetous world, where people want the beauty or the attention of the beautiful to use it to mislead others. Furthermore... Both make up and hijab cover the face... One I a covering of lies. The other requires truth to reveal the face.
“SLIGHTLY loose clothing”🤔 NOT one Authority of the Shariah has ever propagated this “understanding” regarding the concept of HIJAAB. There’s nothing “slightly loose” about the ISLAMIC clothing we were commanded to wear. Also the Ayaat in the Qur’aan Majeed Commanding the Believing women to NOT speak in ALLURING tones has NOTHING to do with speaking to the opposite sex “with respect” Subhaan’Allah, May Allah Ta’ala guide us
There's a verse in Koran that says both women and men must cover their breast/ chest. A decent blouse or shirt will accomplish this aim. Hijab is cultural, not religious. God said in Koran, 'I do not make religion difficult for you'. Everything has a reason. Those who preach hijab conveniently leave out the part of the verse that applies to the covering of men's body. My advice: don't believe everything you read. Read the Koran & think about it. It was sent for you and me.

But, in Iran, an Islamic country, there is significant growth of negativity towards forced hijab. I understand that a survey conducted in 2020 found that 58% of Iranians do not believe in the hijab altogether. Around 72% opposed the compulsory hijab, while only 15% insist on the legal obligation to wear the hijab in public. It is wrong to go against wish of people. There was a time when women used to remain at home and men used to fight with sword, like famous Badar war. But, those days have gone and people fight remotely by pressing buttons. Result of pressing button of missile by a man or woman, is same. You should take it into consideration before speaking in support of Hizab. While people of Iran are against Hizab, a group of Muslim women in Karnataka, India are agitating for their right to use Hizab in school and colleges. It shows it is not what is written in Quran, but interpretation of the same is important. But, unfortunately interpretation varies from place to place.

Brainwashing !
Allah never told women to wear the hijab or the niqab. These are ideas borrowed from the male macho cultures from days of yore.
@@OneIslamProductions
1. Women are deficient in their intelligence and in their religion
Women’s intellectual deficiency is stated by Muhammad based on the fact it is written in the Koran that a woman’s testimony is worth only half of that of a man. The defect in religion lies in the fact that women during their menstruation may neither fast nor pray: see Hadith 1.6.301 of Bukhari
Abu Said Al-Khudri has handed down to us: “... He said, "This is the defect in her religion." “
2. Hell is mainly populated by women
According to Muhammad, women run a greater risk of going to Hell since they are always uttering curses and prove constantly ungrateful towards their husbands: see Hadith 1.6.301 of Bukhari:
Abu Said Al-Khudri has handed down to us: “One time, Allah's Apostle went to the Musalla for prayers at the sugar fest or the festal offering. Then did he pass the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of those that inhabit the hellfire are you (women)." They asked, "Why is that so, O Allah's Apostle ?" He replied, "You are constantly uttering curses and prove yourselves ungrateful to your husbands. ..." “
Hadith 7.62.125 of Bukhari takes it still one step further and says that women are never satisfied:
”...Even after being good to any one of them throughout your entire life, when you happen once to deal harshly with her, she will say, "I have never experienced anything good from you."
That Hell is primarily peopled with women is endlessly repeated, amongst others in the following Hadiths of Bukhari: 2.18.161, 2.24.541, 4.54.464, 7.62.124, 7.62.126. In the Hadith of Muslim, even a whole chapter is devoted to the subject, e.g., Book 36, Chapter 1.
3. Muhammad compares women with dogs and donkeys
Up to the present day, mentioning anyone in the same context as a dog or a donkey is hardly complimentary in the Arab world. It was the same at the time of Muhammad, and Aisha, his child-bride, expressed herself very critically about that: see Hadith 1.9.490 of Bukhari
'Aisha has handed down to us: “Before my time facts were mentioned that cancel prayers. When I needed something I slipped away since I did not want to pass in front of his face."
4. Misfortune lies in a house, a horse, and a woman
According to Muhammad, women, houses, and horses are evil signs and anounce the coming of misfortune: see Hadith of Bukhari 7.62.30, 7.62.31 and 7.62.32 and the following Hadith 26.5526 of Muslim:
'Umar b. Muhammad b. Zaid has handed down to us he heard his father tell that Ibn 'Umar heard it that Allah’s Messenger (may Peace be upon him) said: “when misfortune is a fact, then seek it in the horse, the woman, and the house.”
5. A man can exchange his wife for another
An example of a Koran verse that contributes to the negative image Islam presents about women is the following :
6. Women are crooked like ribs. When you attempt to straighten them out, they crack
Muhammad has said that women are crooked. One assumes he meant that they are using trickery to get what they want: see Hadith of Bukhari 7.62.113 and 7.62.114:
Abu Huraira has handed down to us: Allah's Apostle said , "Woman is like a rib; if you attempt to straighten her out, she cracks. Thus, if you wish to profit from her, do it while she is still crooked."

Mashaa'Allah May Allah bless you and guide you to islam ❤❤❤🤗🤗🤗🤗

There is Always ,Always an automatic perception that Hijaab relates to females ONLY ! This is because the males and females too emphasise the female hijaab . How about MORE people emphasising ..just as mufti menk has .. the GREAT IMPORTANCE of men observing their hijaab

Alhamdulillah for everything! ❤️

What Women everywhere in the world want is choice, choice to do whatever they want with their body and that choice should be respected.
@@mme1212 I agree with you !!
well a point where most people and even Muslims are misunderstood that's when we say that Allah in Quran said to women to cover themselves up according to a particular dress code and with it he said to men to lower the gaze.
I am not of the Islam religion. However the hijab to me means respectful acceptance that women are not sex toys that all women here in the west are!

This helped me understand why Muslims wear those. Thx:)
I really like how it states that hijab is for both women and men. And the way that it is explained is like a team works with respect as identifying featured, not forced respect but a natural and modest respect. These words soothed my soul, Im going to show this to my wife and daughter.
Do men cover their faces? Islam is about lies. Without lies Islam dies. Muhammad said women are deficient of mind. If they pluck their eyebrows they are cursed! Read the Sahih Hadith!

“SLIGHTLY loose clothing”🤔
NOT one Authority of the Shariah has ever propagated this “understanding” regarding the concept of HIJAAB. There’s nothing “slightly loose” about the ISLAMIC clothing we were commanded to wear.
Also the Ayaat in the Qur’aan Majeed Commanding the Believing women to NOT speak in ALLURING tones has NOTHING to do with speaking to the opposite sex “with respect”
Subhaan’Allah, May Allah Ta’ala guide us
Can anyone quote me a verse from the Qur'an where Allah says women should wear hijab?
Please note, I said Qur'an, Allah and hijab.
@@Baun818 cover they chest? Men have to do that??? What? Muhammad Ali is always shirtless

They don't. They do it because (1) Qur'an 33:59 tells them to wear it to "protect" them from being "abused" by Muslim men and (2) Qur'an 24:31 tells them to cover in front of unrelated men (note: they CAN also be seen "uncovered" by their slaves and eunuchs).

Queen are within Hijab ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love and respect women who have "Haya "
Interesting. Jesus allowed women to show their hair. See Injeel Luke 7:36-39.

@@r_of_lproductions8600 Many things are bad, but still happen. Domestic violence is reality. Besides, when throughout the world, women are wearing revealing cloth to show beautiful legs and hands, hair etc., it is not correct to control Muslim women only through hizab.
The hijab also protects the woman from the unseen evil jinns that lerk around.
