Following islam is a choice, so if you follow the words of the creator you trust him and accept the obligation wich is good for us. We doing it for our creator and not for the people, and many Muslims still don't wear them because of society. And Allah doesn't change a person until he or she changes by themselves. We don't change the words of God, either wise it will become man made. The excuse that you guys come up with is evolving, what's that, we don't see it, we see it going backwards. We are humans and not animals. The devil gives you what you want but never what you need. You guys define évolution by wearing smaller clothing and tighter clothing so you pocke your eyes on people like a puppet display, we prefer to preserve our dignity has humans. Colonisation time, conquerors laughed and mocked indigenous people for uncivilized clothing like savages and today is backwards. Allah gave the human and the jinn free will, we are responsable of our actions and choices in this temporary life so either chose to corrupt yourself or find true freedom and inner peace." Perverts are honored and the pious are despised "
Being a Muslim is itself a choice. Just because people from other religions don't follow their religions properly doesn't mean we also have to be like that. Constantly updating religions? Oh please

You will be held accountable by your actions. Those who think this is a insignificant matter. You will realise how dangerous this is. As long you are fine with that. Do whatever you want.

A hijab stab is a form of micro aggression often experienced by non Muslims when approached by someone wearing various forms of Islamic dress. Yasmine Mohammed wrote the following in an article that appeared in the Toronto Sun, "At home I was taught that good, pure, clean girls wore hijab and filthy, loose, despicable girls did not," That sentence explains the hijab stab. A young woman approaching a hijabi wearing woman on the street knows how she is being viewed by that woman. She experiences a hijab stab. A homosexual approaching a woman wearing a burka knows that the burka wearing woman believes that he should be put to death for his lifestyle. He experiences a hijab stab. A dog owner walking his dog through a park in which there are many people in Islamic dress knows that many Muslims consider dogs filthy. He may experience a hijab stab.

Pants are borderline. But even if the ulama considers them halal, they have to be really wide and just like with a skirt, they have to be worn together with a knee-length tunic.
Great intro to those in such plights - Being honest and not justify sins. I still cannot find an inspiration from the rest of the lecture, unfortunately. It seems the speaker had emphasized on being proud as a Muslim and thus to wear the hijab. He had also touched on safety for women. However, shouldn't the context be taken into account? Being in a land such as where the Prophet s.a.w was in would be appropriate and practical in preventing prying eyes. But elsewhere such as in the West, more eyes will be prying on you for wearing, causing harm on you. Incidentally, I'm from the East and it is indeed easy to wear the Hijab. I've had so many encounters in the East where many non-Muslim men were madly attracted to me in my Hijab. The same went for my Westerner husband when he first laid eyes on me, all covered up. I can relate to the sister's question. I would appreciate if an Islamic expert can address such issues in the scientific sense, how an Islamic practice benefits or saves us. Example, why is it prohibited for men and women who aren't married to each other to touch, such as shaking hands. Instead of what is Halal and Haram which can shun people away, we could understand the science of how Allah has made us. In this case, we all have magnetic fields which can attract the opposite sex. Knowing this can in syaa Allah help us understand and practice what Allah has ordained. Jazak Allahu khayran.
Read it again, with English translation plz , the word Hijab is not used but it implies the same thing. We just call it Hijab because Hijab means barrier
No. If someone wears a hijab and smokes she committed 1 sin If someone doesn’t wear a hijab and doesn’t smoke or anything she committed 1 sin. It’s the same right now why would the one go to heaven and the one to hell if they committed the same amount of sins And going to hell or heaven depends on how many sins and how many good deeds.
@@Tunova so if I choose not to wear the hijab I should be ok as long as I do more good deeds then sins? Yup as muslims we are only taught that with oversized clothes of course. Usually women who choose to cover their faces and hands either becuz they are naturally gorgeous so they do it to not attract attention or because they are engaged or married and want to show their beauty only to their husbands. @@Fluffylightsoul I think the main objective is to wear non-revealing clothes and at the same time to create distinction between Muslim & non-muslim women. All other things are secondary or over-kill !
That is better, and that us how the best of Muslim women covered thselves when these verses were revealed, covering their face leaving only one eye, or both eyes, visible. But many scholars consider the covering of hair, ear and necks enough. It is a matter of difference of opinion.

Who said obligatory? It’s not a must. Hijab is a woman’s free will No where in the Quran Allah commands of hijab a must. Muslim father or husband has no right to tell his wife or daughter, as free individuals, they may choose to or not to wear the hijab as it is only a culture and identity not a compulsory religious act. They, however must dress decently as the Qur'an has commanded by covering their bosoms and extended below the knee. But if they chose to add beyond what was required of them... It is their choice. Hijab was originally a semitic culture informed not by religion but by environment. In fact that is why in the past (and to some extent today) semite men wear the turban too to protect themselves from extreme sun heat and desert dust. When Islam came it gave out the basics in dress code for women Qur'an 24:31 "Tell the believing women.... Not to display their beauty except what is apparent thereof, and to draw their covering over their breasts...." Apparently God wants women to cover the provocative parts of their body (breasts, buttocks, thigh) in order not to arouse desire in men. But if anyone decided to cover herself from head to toe.. It is her choice but mustn’t impose it on others in the name of religion.
Am a male but I can say yes. He talks about it in the beginning of the video about sinning and justifying a sin. Justifying a sin is way worse than a normal sin. BUT IN SHORT YES YOU WILL GET SINNED FOR IT.

And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed. - Saheeh International Shaykh al-Albaani (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: The conditions of hijaab: Firstly: (It should cover all the body apart from whatever has been exempted). Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies (i.e. screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allaah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Ya Allah Forgive Us

No. If someone wears a hijab and smokes she committed 1 sin
If someone doesn’t wear a hijab and doesn’t smoke or anything she committed 1 sin.

Yup as muslims we are only taught that with oversized clothes of course. Wearing the hijab is obligatory but it is NOT obligatory for a Muslim woman to cover her stomach and back in front of her male mahrams. 🕌🕋
Who said obligatory?
It’s not a must.
Hijab is a woman’s free will
No where in the Quran Allah commands of hijab a must.
When Islam came it gave out the basics in dress code for women
Qur'an 24:31 "Tell the believing women.... Not to display their beauty except what is apparent thereof, and to draw their covering over their breasts...."
Apparently God wants women to cover the provocative parts of their body (breasts, buttocks, thigh) in order not to arouse desire in men. But if anyone decided to cover herself from head to toe.. It is her choice but mustn’t impose it on others in the name of religion.
Will i get sinned if i decide I don't wanna wear a hijab?

That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allaah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
This aayah clearly states that it is obligatory to cover all of a womans beauty and adornments and not to display any part of that before non-mahram men (strangers) except for whatever appears unintentionally, in which case there will be no sin on them if they hasten to cover it up
AllahKnowBest anygood I have said is from Allah and bad I have Said is from myself and Allah and he's messenger are free from it.

Tell the faithful men to cast down their looks and to guard their private parts. That is more decent for them. Allah is indeed well aware of what they do
At the end of the day it is the woman who has the sole sovereign right to decide, surely not you .... and it is not your apparel that makes you more of a decent person but your actions towards God, yourself and the others .... you can wear a cassock yet you may act and behave against God's holy scripture ... so does the fact of wearing a cassock yet going against God's will make you a better person, than the one you are judging ???

Why don't you teach men not to prey on women instead?
Honestly I ask the same question everytime I hear that the hijab is for „protection”. I get that someone wears it because it makes them feel closer to their God, but the „protection” part always rubs me the wrong way. Also, if a man is an absolute pig, no outfit will make you safe from them.
