especially when they are drove like that there are multiple maps usually. my tuner was like do not drive on this map and do not use it all the time if you like having pistons that are 1 piece ive seen 20+ vq35s and vq37's that have 3,4,or even 5 pistons cracked from fuel washing the pistons
