    Ingredients;
    • beef mince
    •. 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
    • ½ tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp red chilli
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or use a mixture of oregano and parsley or basil)
    • oil 2Tbsp
    • onion chopped
    .250g tomato purée
    White sauce
    • 5 tbsp unsalted
    • 1 tbsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
    • ½ tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp chili flakes
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • 5 tbsp all purpose flour
    • 2 cups whole milk
    • 1 cup cheese
    Instructions;
    1. Add the oil in pot and cook the onion just sauté it. Then add the mince and garlic paste and cook until colour change.
    2. Then add one cup of tomato purée and 1cup water .
    3. Add the red chilli, black pepper and salt and Italian seasoning. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
    4. After 10 minutes it’s half cooked and ready to.
    5. Now make the white sauce. Add the butter and melt it. Then add the flour and cook .
    6. Add the milk gradually and stir until it thickens.
    7. Add the garlic powder ginger powder and salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning. When it becomes add the cheese and off the stove. It’s read
    8. Boil the lasagne strips and keep in cold water.
    9. Now assemble and bake in oven for 30 minutes with aluminium foil and temperature is 200°c . And after 30 minutes remove aluminium foil and bake for another half hour until golden brown.
    10. Leave the lasagne 30 minutes to cool before serving.
