    Love my 3M Micropore Surgical Tape! Very gentle. Use it every night. Like James said, you only need a small piece! Even my hygienist recommended tape at night.

    50 years ago I purchased a book called Yogi complete breath and all this and what's more was in this book what a treasure I had 🎯

    Neti pots are fabulous, I do one most every night before I go to bed. Then after I do the neti pot I put a little nose oil to keep my nose more moisturized and then I also use a little bit of saline

    Had to stop listening when it was inferred that using tape can be used for sleep apnea. SMH
