I'd love if you could recommend some things for restless legs syndrome, sooo many of us struggle with it and there always loads of views on videos 😅 I do lots of hip and lower back exercises and they help but sometimes they can irritate the area at night time I think. Something super calming would be great as your videos have a great combination of techniques. I actually have your science of yoga book and only just realised you're the person who wrote it, amazing!
