ECU Reflash Grizzly what is it, why you need it why you dont, Yamaha 700

What's a good place to get a Clutch Kit here in the States? I've heard of AD Clutching but that's in Canada. I have the OG EHS Tuner, Airbox Mod & Lid and Barkers Slip-on. Wanting to get the ECU Reflash, but not until Clutch Mod. Thanks.
