nice work. For such big workpieces a selfmade table router hasn't enough power maybe. Did you dial the speed on max? A big jointing cutter which is much heavier with a thrust ring and ball bearings does the job quite nicely.
I think the speed was maxed. That was definitely the lesson learned here. I had never tried on such large pieces. The router table is so limited i will definitely get a shaper when I have space.
