    Hello, I'm Brazilian, I loved your videos, I did ballet for many years and you remind me a lot of my teacher, I do not understand everything you say, just a few things, but it's exactly like she said, very nostalgic. Keep recording your videos are great and very well explained.

    Des, I love your workouts, esp ballet. YOu choreograph and don't do a billion reps, which doesn't feel like ballet. Keep up the great work. You always work in the arms and their positions and are mindful of the body's limits/ offering modifications.

    I had to modify a couple of exercises due to lower back issues, but I was able to complete most without modification and got a good sweat 😅

    I hate upper body workouts! 😭 I have very weak arms, but at least you make this exercises more bearable with fun combinations

    This one made me keenly aware that I am not a dancer!! I discovered you with your no neck pain ab workout. How hard am I working? That last donkey kick made my glasses fall off of my face!

    I love this video so much because it's always a funny (but not a easy) challenge ❤️😄
    I remember the first time doing this.. I wanted to repeat it a second time but could barely stand after the last exercises.. 😂
    But thanks to you I grew to love Planks! 💕💋 I really had a hate relationship to them but not anymore.
    You're such a huge huge inspiration for people who want to take care of their body, for people who want to love their body (again) and women who don't want to look like the media tells them🌸

    When we're doing straight arm plank, do we hold the weight with our arm (straighten elbow) or with our shoulder (bended elbow) ?
