Hey guys, that's my old S60 R with me driving! To answer some of the questions, those were 18" Niche NR6 wheels, I can't remember width and offset. The exhaust was a EuroSport Catted Downpipe with a 3" Borla XR1 Exhaust. Factory Brembo Calipers painted Yellow :) We weren't trying to race, we were just catching some driving wounds and this video was outtakes from that day. Randomly stumbled upon the video, damn I didn't realize it has over 100k views!!
I was just outside doing this with a 2020 Mustang Gt Bullet Green. Stang was fast. Im revising my Hilton tune so was not at 100%, but they were impressed and started filming me 😂. 2006 S60R.
Love the car and I think it's one of the best Volvos ever made. I just can't wrap my head around replacing the expensive struts and the stupid angle gear. Seems that the manual trans cars all have this issue. If there is ever a proper fix, I'll bag an S60R when I find one.
It's much cheaper than anything that can replace it. I bought mine at 150k have replaced all the wearables. New struts. I'm still less than 8 k into it and it's like a new car..

BimmerMann - there is - the s60 AWD non electric struts and shocks work! Just installed them on my 04.

There is also a way to do an angle gear “delete” that significantly increases the lifetime of the AWD system
