The Volvo S60R is arguably one of the best sleepers of all time. Its 295HP Inline 5 SCREAMS and is plenty power for any road use. These cars started off in the year 2000 and went until 2009 for the first generation, and got revealed again in 2011 for the second generation and are still in production.

Gotta delete this man it’s gonna jack the prices up :(
Absolutely LOVE my s60r!!! If you want power, shim your block, or just swap a 2.3. Really stable at speed, & handles “like” a bmw with some poly bushings & other suspension goodies. 3” catless turboback sounds like a viper/turbo lambo. Great car, & very affordable
As a former V70R (the station wagon variant of the S60R) here are a few things to consider when purchasing. The radio is known to catch frequencies from more modern newer vehicles causing the vehicle to randomly change to the station of the vehicle next to you on its own. The struts cost about $500 a corner to replace yourself, the front upper and lower balljoints go bad in about 30,000 miles. The stock catalytic converter goes out around 90-100k miles and oem replacement is $2100 whereas an aftermarket exhaust will run you about $1200-$1500. If you're lookin at an automatic be EXTREMELY WARY of the 5 speed variants as they habe serious shift slip issues, sometimes changing the trans fluid will solve it for a while but it will come back. The manual and 6 speed auto seem to have no issues. And finally the Haldex differntial needs the gear oil changed every 50,000 miles, it's not in the service manual but it has to be changed or you will lose AWD. P.S. if you are thinking of buying one of these cars you have to make sure there's a dealer near you with a master technician who knows how to work on these cars or you will regret ever buying one. Oh yeah and don't smash the headlight's into anything, they're $1700 a piece to replace.
VOLVO SENSES TINGLING. Block cracking intensifies.

Someone's been creeping on my browsing history...*cough*Fitment Industries*cough*
I've never felt more included with my Volvo from the car community till now
My dad once traded keys for a ride with his friends wrx Sri for his V70r. My dad remembers nothing about the sti, but the sti owner was shocked by the V70r’s performance.
I have a 2002 T5 and I honestly believe that was the best purchase I've ever made. Parts are expensive as hell, but they rarely break and are reliable af. Drove mine on a cracked CV axle for almost a year and she still won a few races even
I love my s60R! I love the look on peoples faces when that turbo kicks in and it just takes off.
