What I love about Jeanne’s comedy when it comes to Left Brain is that you can really feel the friendship and love between them.
How have I lived 74 years and not heard of Jeanne Robertson -- I have not laughed this hard in decades.
Ditto, I'm just now seeing all of her clips and she's hilarious. Love her refined Southern accent she's so elegant.

I miss her so much and I didn’t know her till I watched her here on you tube. It’s a great loss to all of us. She is so funny and makes us laugh about daily living. I was married to a left brain guy also with 3 college degrees in Chemical Engineering and Engineering Management, he was brilliant but he was hopeless in the grocery store, he would do the same thing and say why did I ask for so much and he worried about the cost per ounce and which package was cheapest.

She is such a gem! My mom actually got to meet her and she said she is such a sweet woman and she's as funny on stage and in person. I'm so sorry she passed. I miss hearing her comedy. My favorite is don't send a man to the grocery store. My ex was just like left brain.

Reminds me of when my hubby and I were first married. He decided that the water bed needed more water. He went to the hardware store and bought a hose. He came home , hooked it up, turned on the hose, and realized he had bought one of those hoses with all the little holes in it to water a lawn. Enough said!

This funny lady tried to teach me sencrenized swimming in college at Judson. Here we were, heads down in the the water with our hands fluttering to keep us stable. All of a sudden, she screamed at me to stop fluttering and DOWN I WENT TO THE BOTTOM AND HIT MY HEAD ON THE CEMENT! No one rescued me and I finally floated back to the top and crawled out! Through it all, I survived and have wonderful memories of this lady.
I am a 60 year old black woman who loves comedy. I watch/listen to comedians of many different races and backgrounds every single day. I don’t know how I’ve never seen or heard of Jeanne Robertson but as I sit in my bedroom laughing until I’m crying, long after my bedtime, I’m so glad she popped of on my screen for me to enjoy.
She’s left a wonderful legacy of good clean humor.
Thinking of her now. We'll all miss LB because of her loving portrayal of him as a husband ❤

I love to hear old people talk about their marriage life. To me it's funny, but true love. Something that is hard to find in my generation.
Years and years ago my husband was driving me to the hospital while I was in active labor. He finally said and I quote “you’re going to have to settle down I’m trying to drive”.
😳😳😳😳 we can finally laugh about it, but he was almost thrown from a moving vehicle.

It comes only after 15+ years together working hard at humility , forgiveness, acceptance and humor. I’m at 21 years now and the last few years have been amazing- but those first 10 were very hard. Old marriages are the fruits of young marriages that don’t quit.

I was crying my eyes out thinking of my niece who passed away at 18 years old in January, thank you for helping me get through it this time. So thankful I found you in between the sad songs. God works in mysterious ways.

Debra Moss I saw Jeanne in Rome, GA a few years ago. Being a tall woman myself, and a speaker also, I can tell you this woman is a treasure! She’s pulled me through some rough times when I needed a good laugh. I can relate to her stories being a Southern Lady, and when you’re raised in the SOUTH, things are just different from other parts of the country. We don’t take things as serious, sometimes. I’m glad ‘left brain’ gives her material for her comedy.
This lady is a gem, and proof that you can be hilarious without being crude or vulgar.
She would be such an awesome grandma! XD

They were for display only, and guest towels had a note saying guest in a basket.
Honestly dont know if its okay to touch them at my aunt or grandmas house and theyre in different states than me.

I love to listen to Jeanne Robertson and her humor. Besides the “grocery store list”, which my mom introduced me to, this is one of my favorites. But I love them all. The Interments of Rudolph Elroy is another fave, and the pashmina story. She’s wonderful and I love that accent. Now, I grew up in Dallas, Texas and have a bit of a drawl, but since binge watching Jeanne, boy my accent is getting stronger and stronger! Luv that Jeanne!

Omg I love her and her hilarious stories!! Can't believe I just now discovered her on UA-cam today - I've already listened to 4 of her shows. She reminds me of some of my parent's friends in their group, they knew each other and traveled together for decades and had so many funny stories to tell of their times and adventures together. It was the WAY they told them, like her.......although, her special flair and style tops em all lmho!

I just love Jeanne Robertson and was saddened to hear that her husband Jerry (left brain) had passed away. He was such a good sport and brought much laughter to me. RIP Left brain.
