Glad the camera work was good. Let me tell you - I kept getting confused with the joystick on the gimble because I couldn't remember if it was inverted or not when I started to move it.

These are always very satisfying BUT they are great guides for "oh, I want this in my collection" as well. Also haha the fricking Oni books not fitting anywhere is the bane of my existence too.

i used to collect up to 2014 now im an all digital boy, no more books, cds, dvds or video games, i have a netflix, amazon and ps plus account and thats all, i like how much less i read watch or play and everytime is more enjoyable and to the point, i like the community side and a lot of the times i end up watching a series or playing a game because i want to talk about it with friends. I mean you can sell all of those books for a nice nice car

You're dangerous. I've watched a couple of videos and have ordered 4 books. I really want a Hulk omnibus and some Spawn also. I keep telling myself to read all the unread books I have before buying more. I never do!
This video is gonna take me way longer than it’s runtime to finish because I keep pausing to look up books I’ve never heard of. In the first 12 1/2 mins, I discovered Soulwind, Queen and Country, Moonshadow, My Favorite Thing is Monsters and The Complete Okko (how can you tease me like this man- looks sick and I find out it’s going for $300-400 on eBay) as books that sound right up my alley. That’s why I love this video. Finding stuff I’d never discover otherwise. Thanks for doing this.

i just got into this massive world of comics, i currently own the watchmen, the human torch (marvels mightiest heroes ), and 10 hardback DC books i picked up for 20 quid.... this video really put it into perspective just how little i have, that must be worth a small fortune !

I found this video Tuesday when I was looking up other people's comic collections for fun and I was amazed by yours and plan on buying a lot of the comics you showed us! I am so happy I found your channel and I look forward to watching your other videos! My dream is to one day own just about all of the DC and Marvel comic books of all the heroes and heroe teams in the DC and Marvel universe and have my own book store in my home that's the size of yours!

Omar, please do consider doing a reading order of X-Men. I do want to start X-Men but I get confused everytime. And knowing your super awesome reading order, I am pretty sure it will be a huge huge help.
I did one two years ago, but updating it when Uncanny 4 gets here.
I loved Lucky Luke growing up. Unrelated, my son’s called Luke. I had no idea those were released over here in the States. Just bought them online after seeing your video.

This is MY Christmas gift. So happy for you, Omar.
As many of you know, I have no books in my collection, if you want a tale of woe, read on....
My sad tale is this. Come Christmas I found my bank account empty but I wanted to be able to buy a gift for my lovely wife whose one joy in life was her car. The smile on her face as she drove around town was worth everything to me. Even though I love my graphic novels, her happiness meant more to me than all the comics in the world. So I sold all of my graphic novels to be able to afford winter tires so she could drive around all winter in safety. Come Christmas morning yesterday (we celebrate early in Canada) I proudly rolled the tires into the garage only to find her car missing. She had sold it to buy bookshelves for my graphic novels (which I no longer had because I sold them - weren't you paying attention?). We had O. Henry'd ourselves. If only one of my graphic novels had been "The Gift of the Magi" this never would have happened.

The funny thing about the complete Lucky Luke is that the spine is printed the american way (top to bottom) for the french version ! Thanks for the tour, it's interresting to see what's your tastes are when it comes to european comics translated. Cheers from France !

This is the apex of comics collection. Also, i don't think i see it, but you should read Requiem Vampire Knight by Pat Mills and Olivier Ledroit. One of the most enjoyable story i read since a long time

I don't really hear people over the ocean talk about it that much. Maybe I'm just biased.
Most people know Tintin, Smurfs and some do Lucky Luke... But I think Thorgal and XIII are the creap of the crop in Belgium. Well, at least the author is from here . But Rosinski is a real joy and so is Vance.
Nice vid, thanks to you I've been figuring out if I can can get a full collection of Valerian in English, since some are hard to find in dutch. Apperently, some of the English omnibus translations are also sold out.
Haha, I have the same oversized Ikea shelves for comics in my country. Honestly, after talking to several carpenters about making shelves, this was the best and cheapest option. It just seems to me that the length of the shelves themselves is not the best for the weight of the comics. Hellboy library editions are also on the top shelves 🤗 Breathtaking comic collection, though, I'm amazed. Keep up with great collections, man, I saw couple of sold out prints. With the eager anticipation of the release of local publishers, I also look forward to Image’s Spawn Compendium, which wreaked havoc on the Book Depository this spring. Long awaited release.
