      Sheila most likely did have the child DNA tested privately and the results weren't in her favor. A DNA test saying her cheating husband's was the father would be all she needed to get them off her back, honestly, so there's definitely a reason she's not allowing it.

      In the US, they don't do that because it would destroy many women's claims to paternity. They lie about it all the time. There are estimates that 10 to 30% of children, are not children of the fathers of those who are claimed to be the fathers.

      The "dangers" of cheating? That sounds like victim blaming 🤔
      Idk the statistics for murders that occur due to cheating but idk if they're high enough to consider the "dangers of cheating”
      There's very little, if any, correlation imo. 🤷‍♀️
      The fact is that guy had done (k*lled) b4 so I'll bet this was a crime of opportunity killing orchestrated by the evil Gramma there and that old bat didn't care what happened to her husband cuz she was just as insane as he was!
      She eventually found her way "out" and vanished after killing Ashley.

    Okay so to sum it up... She was Daniel's mistress. They had a love child the wife found out she was not a tenant with a new baby but indeed her husband's mistress and the baby was their love child. The wife and Daniel most likely killed her and kidnapped the baby to raise as their own and then he died and she fraudulently adopted the baby who was taken into custody when the wife eventually was arrested years later. Ashley is still missing and the love child is in foster care, not with Ashley's parents.
    Yes?

    • @PanDuhCorn
      @PanDuhCorn Рік тому +33

      Sounds about right just crazy that they won't send the girl to her biological family. Poor child is gonna be traumatized and is already really confused I hope they provide her with some therapy.

    • @MusicLeeSarah
      @MusicLeeSarah Рік тому +16

      @@PanDuhCorn I agree she definitely should be with her mother's biological parents. The problem is that's the only life she's most likely remembers is the one with shelia. So the only life she has known has been ripped away from which has to be traumatic and now she's with a foster family that he's probably used to and growing attached to and they would have to take her away from them and put her with her biological family, which she doesn't know so that would be the thrice that she would be traumatized. But I do think they definitely should allow the biological family visitations and ease her into a relationship with them and continue to assess her case and the custody agreements and arrangements. Although this is going to take a lot of time to because it seems like right now Sheila has only been charged and she gets her day in court. But I'm thinking on a family court level, assuming there's evidence they can beam the adoption fraudulent. But keep in mind with the criminal case against her I don't know that the family court can actually make that kind of ruling because it may have too much influence on the criminal case. Or the family court may have to wait for a ruling in the criminal case to take on the fraudulent adoption Case. And yes she can be found guilty of committing fraud regarding the adoption case in a criminal court of law but then have the family court find that the adoption was valid and vice-versa, the criminal court acquit her of fraud and the family court find that it was indeed fraudulent. The burden of proof is way different for family/civil Court then it is for criminal court. Sorry I'm taking the scenic route here. But what I'm getting at is it's going to take time for these rulings to come down. When I was a kid there was these two girls they had been switched at birth in the hospital. One of the girls died pretty young like preteen. She had always been very sick and the parents had always been well. Durring some blood work during hospitalization they discovered that their blood types were not the same there was no way they could have given birth to her. That's when they pieced together the switched at birth part of it. So the courts ruled that the other girl who was their biological daughter would have to go back and live with her biological parents when the only like she knew is the one with who she thought was her dad as her mom had died when she was young. Such a quick haste decisions has impacted her life significantly. Last I heard she's doing better, again but I know that it has been a roller-coaster for her. Lots of running away and drug use throughout her life. Nowwould have that have happened regardless if the Court had ruled differently? Idk. But I would think it's at age to take everything away from a child their sense of security and parental figures would definitely have a life long impact.

Gets bailed out for $15k, which was not for the current city, goes on the run, gets caught again, and AGAIN gets bail in the amount of $10k(wtf is with that???) This isn't 'Good Luck'. Tis was intentional. There is more unanswered stuff inn this case. Quite baffling for sure...

    I CANNOT believe Ashley's parents weren't given immediate custody of baby Jane upon Daniel's death. They are her BLOOD grandparents. Authorities just allowed this old woman to have custody of a baby that was of absolutely no RELATION to her, WHY? If she lied to them too, finding out the truth would've been an easy fix. DNA, hello? There is absolutely NO plausible reason for Sheila to have had custody of Jane for any amount of time. Even before Daniel's death. Someone, somewhere dropped the ball and with absolutely no regard of Jane's well being and mental health. Now, the family who should've had custody of her NINE years ago, has the difficult task of trying to help a child, who has been lied to her whole life, understand what's happening and who her REAL mother is. And this child has been thrown into a very weird situation in her eyes because she doesn't even KNOW Ashley's parents. Sheila is a selfish, piece of shit. I hope she rots in prison. I would most definitely look into the agency that dropped the ball and sue the hell out of them. They allowed Sheila, an old deranged woman, deny visits to biological grandparents, drag her across the country and proceed to tell the child she was her mother- for NINE YEARS. There should be some entity held responsible for the obvious disregard displayed of this little girl. It's absolutely shameful.

    LE, the court system, everyone involved totally let Ashley down. Not only is she missing, but probably dead. Her daughter kidnapped and not one person has ever been held accountable for it. The kidnapper and murderers accomplice wasn't really detained, only some BS charge. She posted bond, but shouldn't have been let out, yet just another LE mess up. This whole case is a disgrace. The sheriff department is a joke. I don't know what kind of laws they have there but fraud and perjury is a crime in any other city/state. That horrid woman has no right to that child. Not only was Ashley murdered but her child was stolen and LE is doing nothing to get her justice. How this woman keeps getting away with what she has done is disgusting. A beautiful woman was cruelly taken from this world and continues to be victimized over and over since the child remains with that vile woman. I hope when she finally faces justice they lock her up and throw away the key. What a repulsive evil woman she is. Although no amount of jail time/suffering is punishment enough for what she has done to Ashley, her child and the grandparents. Hopefully all the love Ashley's parents shows the little girl will be enough to make her forget what that despicable woman has done to her and her family. Beyond sad.

      Hope it’s working now but just incase it’s not these are problems you need to look at below.
      My son is a IT and cyber security and learnt a few things from him
      Turn your device off then turn it back on it needs a reboot once in a while especially on phones after any updates. You need to turn your phone off and back on at least once a week but it’s better if you let your phone die down until it turns off on its own.
      Can also happen if you have to much apps or websites opened.
      Modem needs to be switched off then back on or you could have no wifi in some areas of your home.
      Or You’ve got low data depending on your plan
      Sometimes it’s a problem with your internet provider you need to resolve by calling them.
      Or they are doing some work around your area.
      Hope all this helps

    VIDEO IDEA FOR YOU.
    THE BOBBITTS. JOHN AND LORENA BOBBITT
    You like the strange and unusual. No one passed away, but it’s one crazy story.
    I guess he hit her a lot and stuff, she cut off his manhood, threw it in a ditch, police found it, put it on ice, and they reattached it. She got off without charges and he went on to make like two adult films you can still find today. This is after it was reattached. From what I heard, you can tell in the video. I’ve never had the guts to watch it. Then I guess she punched her mom in the face sometime years later.

      My mom had a shirt when I was a kid. It said, LOVE HURTS, in all caps. And the end of the R looked like a thing being cut off with a knife. Underneath that it said (Bobbits law)
      LOVE HURTS
      (Bobbits law)
      I wore that to school in elementary school and my teachers thought it was funny but us kids didn’t know what it meant.
