When a gamer gives more care and brain to a missing child case than the police
The police made the arrest at that moment though. I’m guessing it takes more than a random tip to get someone arrested. so maybe he was working with the police through the parents the whole time.
Uh...I don't know what world you grew up in...but police do little more than take advantage of free coffee perks and sit in air conditioned subs going for nothing but low lying fruit.

I work as a courier, had a women and a baby wrapped in her arms just at me right outside my truck. I was just going to leave since I've had people, walk up to my truck and ask if their package was in there. She wasn't saying anything except deep gasping so I asked her what's wrong. Took her a while but said please help me. Asked her what she needed if doesn't say what I can't help. She said help need get out of here far away. Another look at her she had no shoes on and didn't look like a prank so put her in the back and drove her to the police station.

I'm so glad she was found and is now safe. I hadn't heard of this case so k feared the baby might be hurt or worse. I'm quite relieved, as these things always get me choked up or crying. So happy for her grandparents! 🥰💖🙏
I was on XBOX Live several years ago when I received a random message from an opponent in the game I was playing online telling me that he/she needed help and that they'd been kidnapped. Naturally, given how evil online gamers can be, my first thought was that this person was just trying to cause distress to strangers for their own amusement. Even still, I immediately picked up the phone and contacted Microsoft, spending the next two hours making sure this person's information was passed along to the authorities. Whether or not anything became of it, I will never know. All I know for sure is that this kind of stuff has to be taken seriously, and because of stories just like this.

Thank you to everyone commenting, truly! As tedious as it was, you never know what may be the difference. I remember seeing a woman wearing large dark glasses being dragged by her wrist out of Walmart by her husband when I was probably 13 or 14 years old, and all I could think was that this woman was in an abusive situation being dragged back into a living nightmare.
At that point, there was really nothing I could do. They were walking out as we were walking in, everything was crowded and I just saw her for a fleeting moment. Even still, that feeling sits in the pit of your stomach a very long time. When those chances come to raise the alarm for someone in need, even if there's only a small chance it's for real, then it just has to be done. The alternative is just too awful... A world where people just let bad things happen because it's convenient.
Better to act and it be a false alarm, than to do nothing and it be someone in real need of help

Gary -- did this case ever touch the MOHAVE COUNTY courts? I grew up in Kingman....still to this day have a close friend who works at the county court building.
@@thetourminator I am not sure where they ended up going to court, but what I do know is that my wife and I asked the FBI agents to not charge our daughter Alyssa and we wanted her to get help for her addiction. Virgil had got our daughter addicted to the same opioids he used and thats why we went to get Yvette out of their home. We had heard that the Virgil had spent a week in jail before they released him. Sadly our daughter Alyssa is currently still with the drug addicted Virgil living in a ditch somewhere around Kingman Arizona. We pray everyday that she will find the courage to leave the controlling monster and reach out to family members who are there for her to help. Thank you all for interest in our story

@@asapnast985 thank you, I remember the feeling of such desperation and when we made the connection to Harry it gave us so much hope that we were getting close to finding our beautiful granddaughter... and Harry was so smart to not give his intentions of getting their location, it took him almost two days of sending back messages before Harry came up with the genius idea of getting the father to order a pizza! And our family will always love Harry for what he did to save our Yvette, and hopefully we will be bringing the entire story to a streaming service in the next year or so as a 6 part miniseries titled "5000 Miles Away A Hero "

So the dad ran off with his kid after a hearing said he shouldn't have custody, the cops show up to get the kid, but he doesn't even get charged...and now he gets ANOTHER custody hearing?!?

I guess because parental kidnapping is a Federal offense, the grandparents did not want him arrested so he could see his child again oneday when he gets back on his feet.
Little innocent children pay the price for being a victim. How often do we see soft sentences against perpetrators of crimes against children? It's all too common.
Exactly. They don't press charges and he has another custody hearing in November. They will waste our tax dollars having the police chase after him and look for her because they are scared for her but then they just let him go. It shouldn't be an option. He defied a court order. He should be arrested. Other people are arrested for far less.
He didnt commit a real crime. He should of never had his rights to his kid stripped away for being a male
