    Protein takes around 12 hours to fully digest, processed by the liver and delivered to your muscles. So, what is the point of protein straight after a workout? after a workout, You need to raise insulin, to open the anabolic pathways. The printing that will be then entering the muscle fibres will be from yesterday's meal.

    I have made an huge mistake by taking Weight n Size gainer :(

    i'm again on 61kg from 73kg :( got belly fat love handles just b'coz of these size gainers :(

    If you don't have casein, you should have whey with milk at night. The delayed effect helps you there. And you can even have with skimmed milk if taken just after the workout.
