Damn, so hard but so good. I have been practicing with Tim on a regular basis for over a year and a half - and this was still a killer but one that I will go back to. My goal is to outwardly and inwardly look/ feel as calm as Marlena looks!
4th time doing this. I feel the body is getting stronger in being able to maintain level hips for warrior three. Thank you. I love this class.
18 months on and I revisited this class. Whilst I could definitely feel the improvements from practicing yoga daily, I was able to give a whole lot more to the practice,the focus, and the intention of engaging the core and back muscles correctly, without hiking the traps. Such a strong and sweaty class. Loved it then, love it now. Thank you!

Holy cow...that was intense. That plank bit was killer. Unfortunately, I haven't had as much time as I'd like lately to devote to my yoga practice and this video showed how far I've digressed. Oh wow. Sweaty, challenged and yet so energising. Your class today kicked my butt! Have also saved this one in my Torture from Tim folder. That was especially great. I do a lot of weight lifting and my shoulders always get really bound up (despite daily yoga, stretching and foam rolling). Thank you so much. I love the variety in your classes. It is so much better for our bodies to mix it up.

Great sessions thank you Tim. Positive thoughts and actions during quarantine. I would appreciate options to strengthen wrists: post 40+++ these joints are quite weak for the stronger poses.
I would like to learn more about wrist, elbow, and shoulder care. Sometimes my wrists feel like the weak link. Thanks!

Thank you for a great class. I’ve been having shoulder issues, and today’s practice was 100% in sync with the exercises I got from my physical therapist.
I’ve noticed that my shoulders always want to climb to my ears and would appreciate pointers in most poses of how to hold them, for example in chair as another commenter also asked about.

Could you do a wrist friendly flow? I have been wresting my wrists after burnout has them feeling pretty uncomfortable but still want to continue my practice!

I love how this made me burn but I love the relaxed feel afterwards even more. Wonderful opening of my body. The before and after comparsion is like comparing my inner landscape to a closet tightly packed with fur coats to the entire world of Narnia. Thank you (dude;)!

Great class, thank you Tim! I found out that I was too weak to hold all poses long enough, will repeat it a few times in the next weeks. Also, I found out that my left hip is cramping up on the outside-side during the warrior 3 pose. Should I do more pigeon to stretch my buns?

wow, this one felt tough. Partially due to a bit of an ankle injury here that has stopped me doing as much exercise for 3-4 weeks, but it was also those sneaky abs you kept returning to. Thanks again for your varied classes and very clear instructions. Might have to try this one again in a few days to see if it feels any easier??
