    Thank you for providing this easy to follow meditation video! My energy feels more balanced after doing the practice! Reading the comments for content? This is a silent-style guided meditation focused on breath, I enjoyed the energy balance but if you’re brand new to meditation it may be best to try a different style at first to help guide your thoughts out and your breath in.
