    I loved this one!!! The thought to "love myself" and to "date myself" is what popped into my head during this meditation. I've been looking for the one, and I think I just realized that it's been me all along who I need to nurture and get to know. Thank you 🥰

    I found you on the Leaf app. It was a guided meditation. I think the sleepy one (I haven't used that app in a while) but I searched you on UA-cam and have been stuck ever since. You are a great instructor. Once I get a steady income I will join the uplifted community. ❤

    thank you
    felt the speed of the breathing counting a bit speeded up as I tend to prefer focusing on your vocal guidance as it allows synchronicity and calm which is wonderful. .

    You're breathing in and out for 2-3 sec each (not 5) and holding out for 5 (not 15), you can follow it on your UA-cam counter. Also, nothing can be more than 100% so, while a little hyperbole is passable, that 1000%, is a bit much.
    The great side is that this is a terrific idear and I thank you for allowing us to share your knowledge.

    Last night I did a deep meditation and I had this strange sensation that I have never felt before. It was like a lightning bolt shot up from the bottom of my spine and traveled the whole length up to my head. I bolted up, sitting very straight. I was already sitting when I was doing the meditation but I sat up very straight when the feeling happened. There was no pain only this big jolt. What happened to me?

    Hey, I love the concept of this meditation, but every time I attempt it I get an intense pain in my right shoulder. Is there something I can do to prep for it?

    • @BrettLarkinYoga
      @BrettLarkinYoga  6 років тому +1

      Time and practice will make it easier to hold the mudras. You might want to do an asana practice before this too, to warm up some. When your shoulder hurts, put the arm down and bring it back up when you feel ready. See you on the mat!!

    Really liked this, though there was no “tuning in” ritual at the beginning as in other kundalini meditations... That’s ok though, I just paused the video and did it on my own.
    Also, as others have mentioned, that was NOT 5 seconds in/out, or 15 seconds holding the breath out. Really threw me off my visualization, because I’m counting seconds and she’s cueing the breath change way too early. Ah well, next time I’m just going by her cues, because 15 real seconds is a looong time to hold off on breathing when your lungs have no air in them!! Holding air IN is a different story, I never realized that before today.
