Having spent many days and nights in Southern Baja and now living full time in Bucerias Nayarit not far from Puerto Vallarta, I too can confirm that the majority of Mexico is filled to the brim with the friendliest people you could ever meet!

I'm Canadian but I live in Oaxaca now, close to the Arbor del Tule, it was surreal to watch you cruise through Jalatlaco and Tule on the bikes, I would have fallen over in shock if I ran into you in the streets lol. And yes you were correct, that old bike path in the middle of 2 streets used to be a rail line way back when. Safe travels brother and pass on my love to John and Mira

There are snippets of John talking throughout this that make me wonder what the non-recorded conversations and energy are like. Whenever those snippets occur the energy is much lower than the excitement that you show the camera. I doubt anyone can be energetic 100% of the time, so it's those low key moments that those snippets allude to that I find interesting. Great video as usual.
We’re very different, but still close friends. He doesn’t feel the need to match my exuberance, he’s just a bit more chill ;)

Ryan and John are men to aspire to just because of their dedication. their friendship, and them shari g their lives with us. They also show it
's never about being flashy, having debates about gear, and instead, it's about the experience if we're willing to branch out. Besides, I have said this about Ryan before, that I am sure he would drop half the field in the Tour if he wanted to. Anyone who can ride those hills with 65 pounds gets my respect. Mira is the model we should live our lives by, friendly, protective, free, and just a sweetie...I almost lost my life three years ago, and when I was in the hospital and confined home, it was inspirational people that kept me understanding i would walk, skate,and ride again,with hard work...

all the sounds were really relaxing. I really enjoyed this video this is my first time seeing something like it. I also enjoyed that compared to media like documentaries there wasn't added effects. the viewer gets a real feel like we're there.
Well Ryan, its been busy here, we are fostering a pair of puppies but I found the time to make a huge plate of beans for dinner and watch this extended cut. Love it, love you guys, I would love so much to ride Oaxaca as it looks amazing, I can really feel your 3 way friendship, heartwarming dude. Mira is so un reactive to other dogs, she’s one of kind. What an incredible journey. I got to see a Mexico I did not know existed. The mountains are spectacular and the people....omg.....such wonderful people. Many live such a simple but wonderful lifestyle. I wonder if they understand how fortunate they are to not be caught up in the madness of wantism. I know there is abject poverty, but so many live rich lives. Not all wealth is gold.
It makes me happy to hear you two breathing hard while climbing those hills. I always thought you looked like you weren't even working hard and that I would never achieve that level of fitness. So I guess what I am trying to say in I have decided you are human after all. Love this video❤

Such a joy to see a couple of white dudes riding in and around Oaxaca while eating the infamous Oaxacan food. Ryan, the expression on your face that tells the world: "Look at us! there's nowhere else we'd rather be" And then there's the language. That you two bothered to learn Spanish tells me you are passionate about Mexico. I am a Mexican national now living in the States. I do use my mountain bike from time to time but nothing like you guys do here; I find it inspiring. Thanks for the wonderful hour.

Man I want to do these things, travel by my bike, so much but with age and many bad encounters with dogs in my youth I got some sort of Cynophobia. I even afraid to pet good friendly dogs! And I just terrified when dogs start barking at me, I can start crying even. And I live in Russia, and the situation with stray dogs and mainly with the dogs here is like in Mexico based on these videos of yours.
Me and my wife want to move to the Netherlands, mainly because we afraid for our lives here because of all the events and politics, but also I think it would be better in terms of dogs problem. But it is so hard to migrate when you are not a wealthy man, I just don't even know if we can do this. Is there someone in the Netherlands who needs a Laravel developer? :D Huh, I don't think so but worth asking anyway, there are a lot of kind people out there in the World.
So, as I was saying, I really want to travel by my bike. And I do a couple of one-nighters in a year, but only when someone is agreed to ride with me (and usually people don't want to ride more than two days, and it's hard to find people that love to ride far away and sleep in a tent). I would love to travel by myself, to go for a week, but as soon as I imagine those dogs -- I understand that I just can't. I'm afraid that a pack of stray dogs will bite me or worse.
Perhaps your future videos should look and sound more like this one, maybe even easier for you to edit and post.
