Total Body Triset Terminator
This workout is broken into 6 triset blocks with ach block focusing on a body part. For each exercise in the block perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work 15 seconds rest and repeat before moving onto the next block.

Obviously because the dumbbells are adjustable ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 they are a little bulky for certain movements. The handles are decent and fairly comfortable. We really love that they saved space in our small home and that is primarily why we got them. We've had them for more than 6 months now and haven't had any problems at all. I definitely would avoid dropping them however as I don't think they're built to handle that.

Awesome stuff Funk! I love the tip about using your hamstrings and glutes to pull back. I do want to get your opinion on something while I’m here… Have you ever used these AI driven meal plan tools? I just used one called Next Level Diet and I put in my goals then it spit out meal plans that are actually pretty good. They have a ton of protein.
Hey Lucas..thanks a million for the props and I have not used that tool...I have my own nutrition plans and systems based on optimizing hormones...The last thing I want to do is plug in stuff into an app for nutrition...not sustainable..my guys use the Meta Test Boost Nutrition System for Men - based on hormones and optimizing testosterone which will result in fat loss, muscle growth, more energy and optimized health...and it's sustainable..but if it works for you...GO FOR IT...MUCH LOVE my Brother!

I am 5'7 n 120 skinny fat right now,, lol.. Good thing Muscle had Memory, giggles. Not beating myself up over Skinny Fat cuz I know this...I myself had 3 times Covid 19 . Very serious each time.Almost a month each time... Even had 2 shots n not a sickly person. On our Way Up. New Career n New Body on the Way!!!
